Entire process was great. The appointment was set in a timely manner....next morning. We received a text with the name (Schad Markham) and bio of our serviceman and a call from him that he was on the way and an approximate arrival time. He assessed the problem and explained our options. We made a decision on those options and had a new garage door opener installed. THat was done quickly and Schad programmed the outside door opener and our truck to open the door for us. He was very polite, friendly and thorough.
