I'm so pleased I contacted Precision for my garage door repair. Austin Young repaired and replaced many parts on my garage door. Can't believe how big a difference there is in the sound and smoothness of its operation now. Mr. Young was very polite and wasted no time while doing extensive repair and replacement of many old components that were at their breaking point and extremely noisy. I am more than pleased. Entire process was great. The appointment was set in a timely manner....next morning. We received a text with the name (Schad Markham) and bio of our serviceman and a call from him that he was on the way and an approximate arrival time. He assessed the problem and explained our options. We made a decision on those options and had a new garage door opener installed. THat was done quickly and Schad programmed the outside door opener and our truck to open the door for us. He was very polite, friendly and thorough.

I wish you would not make your employees upsell everything to maximize the bill. If i can get another 5 years out of my garage door why not? And No my garage door will not fall on my car because one roller is rusted. :)

Kyle and his team were great! They came in and let us know what they were going to do went right to work and finished Very quickly. Then they went through how to put the hurricane shutters on. We had shutters that had to be adjusted for our new deck and the new accommodations worked perfectly. The young men were courteous and very polite. They are a compliment to your business. I will definitely use your company again if I need your services in the future. Your dispatcher was also very professional too. Thanks for having a business that I can recommend.
