I called in the morning and Wade was out before noon. I had an outside pad opener installed. Wade was very pleasant and had the job done in about 15 min. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I called Precision Door Service Saturday, May 21st at about 330pm and requested service/assistance on my garage door that simply would not open. The friendly operator set the appointment and gave me a 4pm to 6pm arrival time. I was pleasantly shocked when Justin called to say he was now on his way and arrival would be about 417pm. When he arrived, Justin was the epitome of a professional technician, friendly, and knowledgable which allowed me to make the best decision for today's resolution. By 515pm, he was done and we chatted briefly before settling up on the bill. You can tell Justin and Precision desire to do more than just make money but also to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term relationship with its customers - WTG y'all !!!! Our HOA management company recommended Precision Overhead for our garage door repair. I checked their website then made the call. We scheduled an 8:00-10:00 AM service window. The technician, Justin, arrived at 8:00. He explained the services and prices to us. Repairs were completed in an expert and timely manner. A happy customer.

This was one of the best experiences of this type that I have ever known! First of all, the techs arrived within 2 1/2 hours. They were very, professional and respectful. They fully answered questions and explained options. After quickly verifying that the door opener had succumbed to old age, we decided to replace the chain drive unit with a reasonably priced and much quieter belt driven one. Waaay more better! Very soon, the job was finished and my blood pressure was down. We highly recommend your company to anyone needing service to their garage door.

Very impressive! When your garage door won't work it's a big hindrance of course, The guys from Precision Door came by at 8pm. In forty five minutes my door was repaired and working perfectly! You just can't ask for more than that! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous!

They are true to their words about emergency service and being on time. I called on a Friday afternoon and they said they could get someone there the same day. They even offered to come on the weekend! I had my garage door repaired and the technician explained everything before and after the job was completed. Five star rating.

First, I was most pleased to have a service call the day I called your company. And, I feel fortunate to have Jason Lites as the technician responding. After explaining the situation to him, Jason explained several possible actions and the relative costs. After we decided on what I needed at this time, Jason proceeded with great efficiency to complete the job in 1.5 hours. He should be given at least 6 Atta Boys !!! I will recommend Precision in the future.

Spencer and Corey responded to my call for repair of the garage door opener. After evauation, we decided to install a new opener rather than repair the old one.Within two hours after their arrival, the new opener had been installed, the garage floor restored to order and they were on their way back to Pensacola.
