Thank you so much to Spencer Hinson for installing a new garage door opener and new rollers. It was late in the evening but he still showed. Spencer was very polite , knowledgeable and efficient. Had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken door opener. Called Precision Door and they were there within 2 to 3 hours - great service! They sent an appointment confirmation email and the tech called when he was on the way. Job was done well and efficiently, and they were professional throughout. I would use them again!

Wade was great!!! I called July 4th at 10pm, and was amazed to be able to communicate online through their website on a holiday evening. Through online chat, they scheduled him to arrive between 8am and 10pm the next morning. Wade called on July 5th at 7:30am and was promptly here at 8am. By 9:30am the torsion springs and rollers were replaced and the garage was fully functional. Wade gave me 2 quotes to choose from based on his inspection. He was courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend Wade and Precision Door Service to anyone.

Spencer and Corey responded to my call for repair of the garage door opener. After evauation, we decided to install a new opener rather than repair the old one.Within two hours after their arrival, the new opener had been installed, the garage floor restored to order and they were on their way back to Pensacola. I called Precision Door Service Saturday, May 21st at about 330pm and requested service/assistance on my garage door that simply would not open. The friendly operator set the appointment and gave me a 4pm to 6pm arrival time. I was pleasantly shocked when Justin called to say he was now on his way and arrival would be about 417pm. When he arrived, Justin was the epitome of a professional technician, friendly, and knowledgable which allowed me to make the best decision for today's resolution. By 515pm, he was done and we chatted briefly before settling up on the bill. You can tell Justin and Precision desire to do more than just make money but also to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term relationship with its customers - WTG y'all !!!! This was one of the best experiences of this type that I have ever known! First of all, the techs arrived within 2 1/2 hours. They were very, professional and respectful. They fully answered questions and explained options. After quickly verifying that the door opener had succumbed to old age, we decided to replace the chain drive unit with a reasonably priced and much quieter belt driven one. Waaay more better! Very soon, the job was finished and my blood pressure was down. We highly recommend your company to anyone needing service to their garage door.

Jason was AWESOME, respectful (me being a woman,we often get treated differently), informative and professional. Not to mention on time and the repair was quick but thorough. Garage springs broke on us and needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming trip next week. Service availabilities are very accommodating, which was a plus for my busy work schedule so they were able to come out last minute. Impressed how everything was shown on an iPad for each specific thing being done beforehand, so I didn't feel as if random items I knew nothing of were added to the cost. He gave me the choice as well. Fast and convenient and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for having such awesome guys!
