Wade rolled in here 2 hours earlier than expected replaced a broken torsion spring and knocked out a total refurb of the garage door in about an hour. Door operation hasn't ever been this smooth or quiet...even when the door was new 16 years ago. Great job. 100% satisfied.

With in 2 hours of my initial call, Roger had arrived and began repairs for a broken torsion spring. During initial eval, frayed lift cables and a worn center bearing were identified. No high pressure sales pitch. 3 estimates were provided before the repair was started (basic repair, upgraded and Premium). Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. The job was completed in minimum time without any problems. Having a stocked service vehicle is a major plus. The door hasn't been this quiet since it was first installed. Great work!

Had my garage door break down and within 15 minutes had a confirmation of an appointment with a follow up email. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time! I would highly recommend your company to any of my family or friends. Jason was wonderful, professional and finished the job quickly. Jason was AWESOME, respectful (me being a woman,we often get treated differently), informative and professional. Not to mention on time and the repair was quick but thorough. Garage springs broke on us and needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming trip next week. Service availabilities are very accommodating, which was a plus for my busy work schedule so they were able to come out last minute. Impressed how everything was shown on an iPad for each specific thing being done beforehand, so I didn't feel as if random items I knew nothing of were added to the cost. Had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken door opener. Called Precision Door and they were there within 2 to 3 hours - great service! Wade was great!!! I called July 4th at 10pm, and was amazed to be able to communicate online through their website on a holiday evening. Through online chat, they scheduled him to arrive between 8am and 10pm the next morning. Wade called on July 5th at 7:30am and was promptly here at 8am. By 9:30am the torsion springs and rollers were replaced and the garage was fully functional. Wade gave me 2 quotes to choose from based on his inspection. He was courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend Wade and Precision Door Service to anyone.

I called Precision Door Service Saturday, May 21st at about 330pm and requested service/assistance on my garage door that simply would not open. The friendly operator set the appointment and gave me a 4pm to 6pm arrival time. I was pleasantly shocked when Justin called to say he was now on his way and arrival would be about 417pm. When he arrived, Justin was the epitome of a professional technician, friendly, and knowledgable which allowed me to make the best decision for today's resolution. By 515pm, he was done and we chatted briefly before settling up on the bill. You can tell Justin and Precision desire to do more than just make money but also to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term relationship with its customers - WTG y'all !!!!
