2 years after install, ( different company) the door seemed to be more drag on the opener. Jordan quickly, and accurately assessed the prob, adjusted the spring and serviced it. Smooth as silk now. Jordan was outstanding- professional, personable and knew his business well. Will def use again!

Great job by the 2 men that came out to do a free estimate. They informed me that they could install the door at that time instead of having to schedule an appointment. Only negative thing I had was that the work was almost double what they quoted me over the phone, I agreed to do it more for time than anything. Very informative associates and very knowledgeable.

Highly Recommended - All I can say is "wow!" I am thoroughly impressed with how organized Precision Door Service is as well as how their technician handled our service. Their customer communication was spot on. They gave a 2-hour window for arrival and actually arrived 1-hour early. Turner Cobb was the technician dispatched to our home. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable of his job and how to perform it, very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished.
