Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. He replaced the 2 sensors, reworded both sides and tightened and replaced the screws holding the frame together. Great work and service. Would recommend both the company and the technicians. Talk about service! I called to have my garage door checked on the 23rd of December and had a tech out to fix the issue at my house 30 minutes later. Austin had a new garage door opener installed in less than an hour and I won’t have to worry about my car outside on Christmas. Thank you so much!

William Squires, our Technician, was awesome. I could have just had him to a quick repair job but he was so professional and competent in explaining everything else he could do at a very good price, how could I refuse. We now have a top of the line garage door opener system, so quiet and smooth. AND, it was all done with 60 minutes notice from when I called them to William showing up, with all the needed equipment. This window doesn't allow be to show all the new items we have

We needed our garage door repaired, and Precision Door Service did a great job. They were able to come out quickly, and the price for repair was very reasonable. Our tech was RJ, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely use them in the future.

The guys who came out were great. They were able to not only fix the beeping but also repaired cables and rollers and adjust tension that could have been a bigger problem later. They also rest all remotes that I had accidently cleared trying to stop the noise myself. GREAT WORK.

We called for an estimate, they came in lower than 3 others, plus they could get ther the very next day! The tech that came to our house, JD, was awesome! We ended up purchasing all new mechanics, and a WiFi capable opener! It is amazing, so quiet, and can be opened and closed remotely, via our phones! We are so very happy with the work, and precision garage door openers!!

Honestly I just looked at the full picture, liked the ratings and since I felt the last technician that I asked to come out because it was making so much noise, and I felt it was working too hard, and something was wrong-my son also asked me about it -and the technician said everything was fine, and this happened that led me to believe it should have be rebalanced or rebuilt somewhat back then, I just wanted to try a new company. As you know you have a good reputation, I like the Angies list award and Homeadvisor winner, BBB and the reviews, so I tried you.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door Service from the moment I called. I got an appointment scheduled quickly and on a day that was convenient for me. I was told a technician would be by between 10-12. Christopher arrived at 10:00 on the nose. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and even made suggestions to finding a panel for our old garage door that is probably not made anymore. Truth be told, I was only looking for a repair, but after speaking with Christopher, I would rather have a new garage door, that's under warranty and installed by someone that is honest and knows what they are doing. I haven't purchased anything from them yet, but plan to in the future. I would recommend Christopher and Precision Door Service to anyone - even if you are just looking. Talk to them first!
