They went out of their way to get a technician to me on the day I called. I received a call back with an arrival btwn 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived at 1:00. He was courteous and worked quickly. My problem was a simple one, but it was huge to me, because it prevented me from using my garage door opener. I will definitely use Precision Door Opener again and/or refer them to friends, fsmily, and acquaintances.

Your Tech, Austin, is a courteous & apparently knowledegable young man. It was a pleasure (under difficult circumstances) to have him in my home. If your other Techs are of a similar quality, you have a first class business! Dr. Charles H. Bercier Jr.

I was stranded and couldn’t get my garage door to go up...for a Senior Citizen this is an issue as the garage door is very heavy! Precision Door Service was awesome! Great service! The technician was very efficient and very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in detail and had my garage door fixed in a very timely manner. I have referred them to my neighbor across the street. I plan in getting a new Linear Operator soon. This Company was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

We will definitely use Precision Garage Doors for all future garage door service needs. We will also highly recommend them to friends and family. Alex was the technician assigned to our service call. He notified us that he was running ahead of schedule asked if we would like for him to come prior to our scheduled appointment. Once he arrived he performed a 25 point inspection on our garage doors. Once he completed the inspection he presented us with several options on what service he could provide and the associated cost. He answered all of questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. After he completed the work he thoroughly explained everything he had done and again answered all of our questions. Cost of service was competitive, and quite the value considering the quality of the service provided. First rate operation.

You advertised in yellow pages and TV. Every thing you promised you delivered. Your technical team arrived on time and went to work. They opened the stuck door so We could extract our vehicles. We ordered a replacement door from Precision based on your team's competence and interest in our situation. Well done!

I chose Precision because of the website and all the information was there for me to read. I called and received next day service that took care of all my garage door needs. It was very simple to get estimates from William and decide that I would like to install a whole new system for my garage. He and his partner had all the parts needed and took away the old parts when they were finished. It was a very easy process and the work was as professional as you can get. I am very pleased to have called Precision when I had garage door problems - they were just great!

Looked up garage door repair/install and saw your company name. I have seen your trucks all over Pensacola also. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and professional. Your install person, Jason, was very good. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is due to the fact that I had to do all of the follow up on checking to see if the parts were in and then to see if and when the installation was going to be scheduled. After Jason left the first time on 5/13, I never received any calls to let me know what was happening. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company.

Jason was extremely helpful and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I initiated the call to see about getting a new opener but also ended up ordering a new door as well as getting an estimate on hurricane shutters. so far, so good.

Contacted Precision Door Service for repair on an existing garage door opener (25 years old). Technician determined that the logic board was bad and recommended that the existing door opener be replaced due the the age of the equipment. The technician, Alex Tran, installed a complete new system in just over an hour. Alex was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service provided and also a very good product was installed. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

I called Precision Garage Door Service at the recommendation of a friend, to help solve a problem of rain water coming in under and around garage door. My technician, Chris Taylor, was very courteous, extremely efficient, clearly knowledgeable & experienced, and got the job done ... even though he had to work with a very temperamental 30+ year old door opener. Cost was very reasonable ... I'm very pleased with this job, and would heartily recommend Precision Door Service to others.

I don't like giving 5 stars because no one is perfect , but your employee Chris did a fine job of explaining our options and recommended the best course of action for us . He represented your company very professionally and we are pleased to have chosen your firm for this project.

Excellent website, very informative,. Far exceeded my expectations, Austin Young pulled an outstanding inspection of my garage door system and uncovered some major discrepancies on components that could fail and cause major damage to my vehicle and garage. I'm buying a replacement system and never felt any pressure to do so. Outstanding service......

I had my garage door replaced with a Wayne Dalton door the beginning of April. I noticed top 2 panels weren’t aligned properly. I notified your company and today your technicians replaced all 4 panels. However the top 2 panels had the same problem. The technicians did the best they could with the panels. I suggest you discontinue installing Wayne Dalton doors. They are an inferior product.

I am very happy with the service and attention to detail of the Precision Door personnel! Daniel and his assistant were on time and explained in detail the items needed to put my door into proper working condition. I will be calling these folks in the event I need repairs on my garage door in the future and I will be telling all my friends of the EXCELLENT work ethic and service they provide!
