Just had the Garage Door Overhaul service completed following their 25pt safety inspection. Thorough explanations and alternatives provided where available. After dealing with a 15yo opener, worn springs, and noisy rollers I'm pleased with the results. Given their warranty and professionalism, I would easily reccomend Precision to anyone in need of garage door services.

We researched 10+ manufacturers and Precision was by far the absolute best in terms of choice, service and price point. Our existing side by side garage doors were different sizes creating many challenges for a cohesive aesthetic. And, we live in an historic district so getting approvals by local entities added another layer of concern. Not only did Precision provide a very high quality hurricane rated set of doors for the price, but they were completely professional and timely regarding all questions, drawings, and spec sheets. Both the delivery and installation went as promised and we could not be more pleased with the final product. If you need new garage doors or repairs, this is the company to call!!!

My wife and I had 2 new garage doors installed in our home which was originally built in the mid 1960's. Jason Lites came to our home originally and gave us a very thorough estimate with many options for doors. He was very knowledgable and not pushy about getting the job or trying to sell one brand vs another, which I liked. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and really worked hard to give us the best options for our particular home. On the installation day, Trung Phan and two other installers came and did a fabulous job installing our new doors. They were all polite, friendly and really hard workers. Later in the day, Jason Lites stopped by to see how the install was progressing and they all explained how to operate and maintain the new doors. Jason explained the safety features on the doors and checked everything to make sure the doors were functioning and fit correctly. They didn't leave any mess and disposed of the old doors for us. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the quality of their install and their attention to customer service. I would highly recommend Precision Door of Pensacola to anyone and if I ever need garage doors in another home, they'll be the first guys I call.

U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of 32 yrs. Called and had a Technician out in an hour. RJ and Cole(the techs) were professional and friendly. I told RJ what I wanted to have addressed on my garage door (everything short of replacing the entire thing) and he gave me the quote on the spot. I asked when the soonest they could schedule me in and he told me that he had everything on the truck to complete the job immediately. Of course I said yes to that! Great work guys! This company gives wonderful service. I called them with my problem about my garage door and they were her within 2 hours reasonable rates with 10% of for senior citizens and military, the young man that fixed my door was very courteous and very knowledgeable about his job so thank you so much.

After getting a quote from American Door for over $650 to replace a torsion spring, I decided to give these guys a shot. Same day appointment for a quote AND repair (within an hour, actually) and did it for less than half of American's quote. NO COMPLAINTS...WERE ON TIME AT 8AM WHICH SURPRISED ME. THEY CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE...I ONLY WISH THEY HAD RUNG THE DOOR BELL INSTEAD OF WAITING IN THE TRUCK.
