I chose Precision because of the website and all the information was there for me to read. I called and received next day service that took care of all my garage door needs. It was very simple to get estimates from William and decide that I would like to install a whole new system for my garage. He and his partner had all the parts needed and took away the old parts when they were finished. It was a very easy process and the work was as professional as you can get. I am very pleased to have called Precision when I had garage door problems - they were just great!

Looked up garage door repair/install and saw your company name. I have seen your trucks all over Pensacola also. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and professional. Your install person, Jason, was very good. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is due to the fact that I had to do all of the follow up on checking to see if the parts were in and then to see if and when the installation was going to be scheduled. After Jason left the first time on 5/13, I never received any calls to let me know what was happening. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted Precision Door Service for repair on an existing garage door opener (25 years old). Technician determined that the logic board was bad and recommended that the existing door opener be replaced due the the age of the equipment. The technician, Alex Tran, installed a complete new system in just over an hour. Alex was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service provided and also a very good product was installed. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

I called Precision Garage Door Service at the recommendation of a friend, to help solve a problem of rain water coming in under and around garage door. My technician, Chris Taylor, was very courteous, extremely efficient, clearly knowledgeable & experienced, and got the job done ... even though he had to work with a very temperamental 30+ year old door opener. I had my garage door replaced with a Wayne Dalton door the beginning of April. I noticed top 2 panels weren’t aligned properly. I notified your company and today your technicians replaced all 4 panels. However the top 2 panels had the same problem. The technicians did the best they could with the panels. I suggest you discontinue installing Wayne Dalton doors. They are an inferior product.

Wonderful experience start to finish. My garage door spring broke on Mother’s Day. I called Precision and the service rep was very personable and professional. She had a technician booked for 8am the next day. Austin called prior to his arrival. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have never had a garage door open so quietly in my life! Highly recommend.
