I had a great experience. The technician was early on his scheduled time. He went over everything that needed to be repaired and gave me options on repairs to be done. I ended up going with an overhaul and waranty. He even went over after care which I was never aware of. Seei bff as this is my first experience with garage door repair I have no comlaints.

Your technicians were very pleasant and informative. Our garage door opener was repaired with durable results. The only complaint I have is that they were over 2 hours late - with no prior notice from your office in Pensacola. I'm sure you guys knew they were running behind and could have notified me with a simple phone call. I had a very busy schedule planned for that day which had to be rearranged after - I GOT AGITATED AND CALLED YOU !!!!!!

The service was great. The first two technician that helped with the consultation and quote were extremely helpful. They helped hold the garage door so I could get my car out so I wasn't stranded and then was able to put it back down and lock the patch in place wonky door wasn't always open leaving me susceptible to break-ins. They went over and beyond on service while they were here. They did give me a slight miscommunication about the repair date and time schedule but the guy from the main office who called and scheduled the garage door replacement did everything he could to get his guys out there as the first guy had promised. The technicians that did the repair got it down in the time frame unneeded so I could make my other appointments for the day too and the new garage door and paneling looks better and even SOUNDS WAY WAY better. It's almost quiet now. And it doesn't get stuck either and that's not even the reason the door was being replaced for initially anyway. They also drove all the way from Pensacola to Panama City to replace my garage door, an for an early morning appointment too. That's a far drive too, that's what I consider great service all the way around. Thanks a bunch!

Excellent call center service. Arranged the work for the next day on a Saturday without a surcharge for the weekend work. Very nice service provider. Would have been able to do it all by phone if needed, but instead I got good advice and help-ful insight as I saw him when the work was completed.

Unlike most contractors in our area, they showed up when they said they would and did a professional job. Door looks and runs much better. After I adjusted the slack in the chain on my old door opener, the door is much quieter than the old one. No more pops and squeaks. Would buy again.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Within a matter of seconds of me contacting the company online I had an appointment for same day service. I contacted them at 5pm and had an appointment window from 6-8pm... Roger called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived promptly. He was super friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently got to work. Great company, great employee, and great service- all within a reasonable budget! I had closure issues with my garage door and found local service yesterday. Today presented a new problem which prevented me from opening my garage to put our car away but the local company evidently takes Friday afternoons off. I called Precision around 4 pm and was professionally greeted, knowledgably identified and assured a technician would be at my home between 6 and 8 pm. I received a call shortly after 5:30 letting me know they were enroute. My garage door issues were diagnosed and repaired in less than half an hour. This type of service is unheard of and rarely experienced by me. How incredible to have such a professional and knowledgeable company available. I would recommend never wasting your time on any other company due to the efficiency, reliability and integrity of Precision.
