My Technician was Derek Homan and all I can say is WOW! He was very friendly, informative, and went way above and beyond to ensure my old garage door was shut before he left. I'm getting a new door but I was concerned that the door would be open until that new door was installed. He should be commended!!

The garage door, motor and tracks were put in by your company in March 2019. Another company told me to call you since they could by a picture I had sent them that it was a precision motor. Your service was exceptional.

Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. I was back to pre encounter condition in no time, relieved and thrilled beyond belief. How great to have access to such fine and competent people. Thank you....thank you.

I actually chose Precision for my interest in Bahama Shutters for my new home. Your timeliness was above all of my expectation. Billy was my service man coming to my home. He was very knowledgeable of your product and very kind. I look so forward to receiving the shutters as I feel it will certainly add charm to my home. Of course the Senior Discount always makes the homeowner happy. By all means...5 stars for all. Thank you, Linda Magill 504 Palm Ave. Panama city Beach, FL 32413.

I needed a quote on replacing a garage door. Precision was very accommodating on setting a time to arrive at my home and called ahead to tell me the time they would arrive. They were very prompt and gave me 3 quotes. The men were very amiable and did a fine job of assessing the needs of my problem.

It is with great relief and pleasure to write this review. Do Not Hesitate using Precision Doors. I received a call from my 83 year old Vietnam Veteran who was taken advantage of by one of those fly by night debris companies will cleaning his home in Panama City. When I arrived Thanksgiving Day I started making calls to help him not be so overwhelmed. I started with his garage door that was ruined in the hurricane. Not only did they answer they set an appointment for the next morning. Justin the tech arrived and was a God send, extremely professional, quick and totally reasonable in the job. I can not tell you how many times he referred to The Retired Veteran And Thanked him for his service. The company not only brought back faith in people but also faith in Trust. Thank you Precision and God Bless you Justin for going the extra.

I had no idea who to call but I was very impressed with the website and the positive reviews..The young lady that scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful ..JD and Daniel arrived right on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Thankfully it was a minor repair. They were both professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They were very thorough and I feel went over and above even double checking all fittings etc . I would recommend this company to anyone needing reliable service. The cost was very reasonable as well. I am very pleased definitely 5 stars

Thank you for a job well done. I was very happy with the product and the process. The quality of the garage door far exceeded my expectations. I can't compliment your technicians enough. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Even the neighbor noticed their hard work and the fact they didn't take a lunch break. I feel that I received very good value for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to family and friends.
