It is with great relief and pleasure to write this review. Do Not Hesitate using Precision Doors. I received a call from my 83 year old Vietnam Veteran who was taken advantage of by one of those fly by night debris companies will cleaning his home in Panama City. When I arrived Thanksgiving Day I started making calls to help him not be so overwhelmed. I started with his garage door that was ruined in the hurricane. Not only did they answer they set an appointment for the next morning. Justin the tech arrived and was a God send, extremely professional, quick and totally reasonable in the job. I can not tell you how many times he referred to The Retired Veteran And Thanked him for his service. The company not only brought back faith in people but also faith in Trust. Thank you Precision and God Bless you Justin for going the extra.

Great job done for us today afte Hurricane Micheal damaged our home. The garage door spring busted throwing parts everywhere very dangerous to us. The crew and appointment setting were great. Thank you again for prompt service and installing our replacement garage door opener it seems great.

I had no idea who to call but I was very impressed with the website and the positive reviews..The young lady that scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful ..JD and Daniel arrived right on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Thankfully it was a minor repair. They were both professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They were very thorough and I feel went over and above even double checking all fittings etc . I would recommend this company to anyone needing reliable service. The cost was very reasonable as well. I am very pleased definitely 5 stars

The spring on my garage door broke on Friday night. None of the local Garage repair companies were open om Saturday, so called Precision. they scheduled us for 2 pm with Darrell Williams. Darrell rehabbed my garage door and explained everything that needed to be done. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I was completely pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Precision.

I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair. We will definitely call Precision Door if we ever have problems with our other garage door. It's nice to deal with such professional people!
