I had no idea who to call but I was very impressed with the website and the positive reviews..The young lady that scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful ..JD and Daniel arrived right on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Thankfully it was a minor repair. They were both professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They were very thorough and I feel went over and above even double checking all fittings etc . I would recommend this company to anyone needing reliable service. The cost was very reasonable as well. I am very pleased definitely 5 stars

The spring on my garage door broke on Friday night. None of the local Garage repair companies were open om Saturday, so called Precision. they scheduled us for 2 pm with Darrell Williams. Darrell rehabbed my garage door and explained everything that needed to be done. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair. We will definitely call Precision Door if we ever have problems with our other garage door. It's nice to deal with such professional people!
