First off, appointment was scheduled for 31 Dec 2021 and we had called on 30 Dec...super quick! Then our tech showed up (who is an Alabama Fan) doing all he could to connect our Wi-Fi to fix our lift master wall stations (with the game starting). Did it detour him the game was on no but he couldn't fix it since it might be Mediacom issue. Nonetheless Turner was trying everything he could. Unfortunately it's a process and atleast we have started it. Thank you for the fast service

Entire process was great. The appointment was set in a timely manner....next morning. We received a text with the name (Schad Markham) and bio of our serviceman and a call from him that he was on the way and an approximate arrival time. He assessed the problem and explained our options. We made a decision on those options and had a new garage door opener installed. THat was done quickly and Schad programmed the outside door opener and our truck to open the door for us. He was very polite, friendly and thorough.

I wish you would not make your employees upsell everything to maximize the bill. If i can get another 5 years out of my garage door why not? And No my garage door will not fall on my car because one roller is rusted. :)

Couldn't be happier with the service or the technician! Derrick was knowledgeable, friendly, one of the nicest young men I've had work at my home. He is someone that ANY company would want to have represent them. He showed me the problem with my door, repaired it and showed me how to maintain the work he'd done.
