The Precision Door Service Company was awesome. I called that Monday morning and had a technician come out to the house that afternoon. The response from the beginning of making the appointment to fixing the issue were quick and the work was terrific. I really loved how the company sent text message with a picture and a little information (hobbies etc) about the technician. The technician was Brian York he on time, very polite and work was very clean. He took the time to get know you and your concerns. Plus, explain the service that he going to do to repair/fix the issue, suggestions and explain how you can make it better and last longer. We really enjoyed and was blessed with our conservations with Brian. Super great people and service was excellent, very impressed from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to all. God Bless and be Safe all!!

We purchased a new garage door and had a wonderful experience with the sales associate Brian York and the installer Colby Cox. Both employees were very knowledgeable,professional and friendly. They are a great asset to the company. We also received great customer service from the office employees. We are very pleased with our new garage door and highly recommend Precision Doors. First off, appointment was scheduled for 31 Dec 2021 and we had called on 30 Dec...super quick! Then our tech showed up (who is an Alabama Fan) doing all he could to connect our Wi-Fi to fix our lift master wall stations (with the game starting). Did it detour him the game was on no but he couldn't fix it since it might be Mediacom issue. Nonetheless Turner was trying everything he could. Unfortunately it's a process and atleast we have started it. Thank you for the fast service
