Great service in Navarre. Scheduled it and shortly after they came out and knocked out the repairs. Everything is up and running in a few hours. This is a short term rental and happy with how quick everything was done and the follow up calls on details provided.

I called Precision because of reviews I had read on Facebook. I am glad I did. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up early, which is a good thing. My technician was (Alex). He explained what the inspection consisted of. Then he gave me 3 options. I had the rollers, springs, hubs and sensors replaced. What I had done fixed the problem and the door works great. I would recommend this company and if possible ask for Alex.

I called Precision Door on Monday and was able to have a tech come out the very next day at a time that was convenient for me. The customer service was excellent from the get go. Bailey came out for the service call and was extremely professional. He provided me with several options and explained them all to me. Should I need any garage repairs in the future, I will be reaching out to Precision Door again.

We had Bailey come out today to fix our door. It would not open more than halfway. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. It was all very affordable as well. Highly reccomend using this company.
