He is someone that ANY company would want to have represent them. He showed me the problem with my door, repaired it and showed me how to maintain the work he'd done. Very pleased with the service provided. My garage door had to be opened manually due to power problem. When I tried to manually close the door it got stuck halfway. Your tech was able to fix the problem and I had him replace the rollers as they were in bad shape. He was great! The work was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely contact your company the next time my garage door has problems.

Took time to clean up and instruct me on its operation as well as warranty. 4 months ago he also replaced a broken cable. I am a super satisfied repeat customer.

My garage door spring broke late Friday evening. Precisiondoor had my garage door working great and a lot less noisy by 1100 Saturday. These guys are awesome and fast. Prices are grea for the quality and workmanship. Highly recommend!

Techs arrived on time, were very professional my only issue with this install is that there is approximately 6 or so areas that they spray painted on door which doesn't match original color (was told to let sun fade) since this was new paint. Little concerned that brand new door now appears to have "spots" on it?

I wish you would not make your employees upsell everything to maximize the bill. If i can get another 5 years out of my garage door why not? And No my garage door will not fall on my car because one roller is rusted. :)
