Has been an excellent experience so far. CSRs were professional and got me a next day appointment. The repairman Jack was on time, pleasant and professional. He provided my wife and I options and information on new garage doors. Which we choose to purchase based on Jack's recommendation. Brian, it wasn’t long after Brian arrived did I realize he is a very talented service technician. He asked me to explain the problems I encountered with the door not operating properly, once I finished he began his portion of the visit. Shortly after he began he discovered a few problems and he immediately made the adjustments, tested the door several times to insure the problems were solved. He then asked if I used Mq door software, I informed him I was not aware of that. At that point he took the time to assist me in downloading and setting it up. What a great app to have with the door. Once again great tech and equally so for Precision Door.

Nathan came and installed a new garage door keypad for us. We got same day service. He was on time. He was professional and friendly. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of things we didn't want. The phone staff was very friendly.

Great service! I called at 8:20am. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am to 2:00pm the same day. Brian, the technician, called and said he arrive about 10:50am, if that was okay. Brian was very professional. He checked our garage door completely and suggested several repair options that would fit our budget. Brian finished the repair ahead of schedule. Before Brian left, he made sure the garage door worked perfectly and we were completely satisfied with the repair. No pressure here, fair price and great service.

As a former general contractor, I’ve done my own garage door maintenance for 40+ years including changing out the motor. Moving to hurricane prone Florida, I’m unfamiliar with these heavily reinforced roll up doors. I chose Precision based on all the high praise and stellar revues. Jake was our serviceman and was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the status of our 4 year old door with maybe 15,000 cycles. Jake did a great job ‘educating’ me and I can now plan on some doing replacement early next year. Preventive maintenance has kept it going up to now. Better to be safe than sorry in spring replacement. Very pleased with this service call.

I called Precision because of reviews I had read on Facebook. I am glad I did. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up early, which is a good thing. My technician was (Alex). He explained what the inspection consisted of. Then he gave me 3 options. I had the rollers, springs, hubs and sensors replaced. What I had done fixed the problem and the door works great. I would recommend this company and if possible ask for Alex.

I called Precision Door on Monday and was able to have a tech come out the very next day at a time that was convenient for me. The customer service was excellent from the get go. Bailey came out for the service call and was extremely professional. He provided me with several options and explained them all to me.
