Hunter arrived as scheduled, performed multiple tests of existing opener and determined that it needed to be replaced. He gave us multiple replacement options including detailed comparisons. A new belt drive opener and rail was chosen. Based on our schedule he was able to install it immediately. The new unit was faulty, a new motherboard was installed to no avail. No hassle as he called and a new door operator was delivered momentarily. Installation completed, tested and explained. Excellent sevice and would highly recommend.

I was impressed with how quick I got an appointment. I had a broken spring and this was something I wouldn’t try to do myself. My neighbor had told me he used Precision and was very happy with the work, price, warranty and the individual that done the work for him. My guy was Hunter. Very nice, respectful and very knowledgeable. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their garage door repaired.

We picked Precision Garage Door based upon the reviews we read. Kenny was our technician and he was great! He explained everything about our door and what he was doing. We only needed a tune up, slight adjustment, and lubrication. We will use Precision going forward! TY Kenny!

The technician was very nice and got straight to work once options and price was discussed and agreed with. The Military discount was a big plus although I’d qualify for the senior discount they also offer. The opener is working great and so quiet compared to the last one. I had previously looked them up on BBB and I agree with their A+ rating.

I was easily able to book a Saturday appointment online with less than 24 hours out. Alex and Josh showed up and did a perfect job getting my clackety, busted-up garage door renewed (springs, rollers, bearings, etc.). Price was reasonable and quality of parts and service is apparent. The door now operates smooth as silk. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues. -Don M. Navarre, FL

I had an overnight catastrophe with my garage door and Precision came to the rescue! Kenny and the gentleman that was with him (forgive me I forgot his name) were outstanding, professional and very personable. They fixed my garage door better than it was brand new. They installed new springs, rollers, drums and lower weather strip.

My garage door stopped working, so I called Precision Door and they sent a technician out the following day. Brian (York) arrived, professional and courteous, and we discussed my options. He was very knowledgeable, and provided his recommendation. After discussing with him, I decided on a new PDS 801, installed by him. The installation took approximately 90 minutes total with the consultation, and I was back in business! Amazing work, and technician. Thank you!

I rarely give 5 stars on reviews, but Brian and Precision Door deserve that if not more. With serious hiccups on oiur 20-year-old-plus opener and erratic universal remote, we needed help. Precision responded well on a very good chat service and set up an appointment the day after we chatted. Brian was personable, concerned for our needs and went through check efficiently. He showed me how the hiccups could relate to a bad board in our opener, and we agreed on a new and much quieter belt opener. Within a bit more than an hour he had uninstalled the old equipment and put in all new equipment, setting a new outside code as well. And the total price was well within what we expected to pay for all of it.
