From the telephone call to set appointment to the tech coming to my home EARLIER than scheduled, I will say that the entire experience surpassed my expectations. Kylie who set my appointment was super professional and very courteous, and Justin who was our tech was not only very expedient in getting the issue diagnosed, but gave me several options for me to make a better decision on how to take care of the problem.. It's refreshing to see people in the service industry have great attitudes doing their jobs and make us as clients feel like a priority and not an interruption in their day! This company really does a 5* job! From the gal on the phone, to the professional website, to the repairman they send out! Justin was very professional, respectful, great personality.....and very good at what he does. Only took an hour to replace the spring and repair everything. I couldn't be more pleased w/service and company.Renews my faith in repair service!!! Don't hesitate to use this company for a second!

We had the bottom rubber seal on our garage door replaced. Also, the technician pointed out that one of our sensors was out and he then replaced them both. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precision.
