I selected PDS because they advertised they would be able to meet and perform the job that day. As both our cars were captive in the garage we were appreciative that we could resolve the situation the same day, although we missed the grandson's last soccer game that morning and we are still hearing about it. When a time was scheduled and the technician was running over on another job, he called to advise us he would be late. His job took another turn for more time and we got a call from a replacement tech who had finished his job early, so he arrived and commenced replacement of the springs. He was courteous, readily answered my questions and made sure I understood the billing and warranty. I didn't know the springs were made out of gold, but I would be happy to recommend PDS to others in need of garage door repairs.

Let me start off by saying you get what you pay for; pricey, but I don't think I could have asked for better or faster service. Our repair technician was Corey and man was he fast to answer the call. The wife and I came home from work at about 5pm. Garage door shut and BANG! our spring popped in half. It's an oversized two car garage door so needles to say opening it manually was going to be near impossible. Anyway, I called into Percision Door around 5:15pm. Phone operator said we could expect someone to be out between 6 and 8 the same evening. Well she lied, Corey was pulling into our driveway by 5:45. Corey quickly checked the door over, noted not only the spring needing repair obviously, but took the time to point out some bent wheels. Corey went through an upfront quote, plainly listed 3 different repair option. We chose the middle road, and Corey went to work. The repairs took about and hour. Not only were new springs installed, but wheels were replaced and every part of the door assembly was treated with lubricant. Needless to say we have next to a new door now, nigh unto silent and with a warranty. Again a bit pricey, but well worth it, especially considering the time of night.

Original call was for a repair, but opener was not repairable. A new belt drive opener was installed during the same visit. I am happy with the service and the fact the new opener has a lifetime warranty. It is soooooooooo quiet! Darrell was very friendly and efficient!

Very responsive to my needs and questions. The garage doors are from Wayne Dalton, the same as many other company's. The difference is the service that was exceptional. Rather than talking to someone on the phone, they had a individual stop at my home within the hour of my call and explain to me all the differences and options available. the price was comparable to many others. Just to jog your memory.......On 8/23 you sent a tech out only to adjust a sensor. I sent a review that I was most unhappy to have to pay the service call fee. You called me, discussed what had happened and you sent the tech back out returning my service fee check. Jason showed up on time and with the correct parts to do the job. He and a new man being trained had the torsion springs, center bearing, and all of the roller bearings replaced in less than an hour! Keep in mind they weren't rushing, they just knew exactly how to do the job. Great work!

Yesterday, Sunday, I was raising my garage door. It went up half way then came crashing down. I had another company install new springs 3 years ago so I called them but no one answered. Started browsing the internet to find someone to come today to check it out. After calling 5 different places with no positive results, I happened to come across your ad and noticed it said 24/7 service. Called your company, your tech, Justin Ables arrived within 3 hours...saw the problems....gave me 3 repair options and prices. Justin raised the door, got my car out of the garage, then lowered and locked it. He came back the next day with a trainee and they completed the job. Both men were extremely courteous and efficient. The garage door has never operated so smoothly. I will be recommending them to all my friends. This is a CLASS A firm.

Precision Door responded the same day I called them for a door repair. After checking the door it was damaged too much for repair, which I figured it would be since the tracks we're bent. The tech was able to get the rollers back on so that I could secure the garage area. I purchased a new garage door and different rollers that day and three days later Precision Door installed and adjusted the opening and closing of the door to my satisfaction. Everything from the first call to the installation was done politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door or repairs.
