Austin and Derrick arrived on time and quickly evaluated my poor-performing garage door. They recommended three options and I was able to select the one I wanted. This new motor has higher horsepower, works great, and so quietly. New springs and rollers installed. And I have an outdoor keypad access. Problem solved! The guys were polite and answered my thousand questions very respectfully. Super warranty, too. Great experience overall! Totally satisfied.

My garage door suddenly started to malfunction, would not open/close properly. The Day before I had different company that I used a year ago. This 'other' company gave me a time frame for technician to come, 12-3 pm. After waiting so long, the technician was late. Not Happy. After giving estimate I was not happy and said NO. I found Precision doors in Phone book. I called and set up appointment time. Technician, Christopher Taylor sent picture of him, what time be arriving, He was even early. looked at door, gave estimate(s) and work I chose was done quickly and professionally. Was VERY Pleased with precision Doors service. If you need garage door service, I Highly recommend Precision Doors service

I was totally amazed at the quick response and professionalism offered by Precision Door. Austin and Colt were so nice and they did an amazing job. My garage door was totally jacked up and when they were finished it was opening and closing so smoothly that neither my dogs or myself heard it going up and down. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have.

Outstanding service, called spoke to company representative told her that I had a tension spring back. She took my information gave a estimated price. stated that a technician would be out between 10 am and 12 pm . The technician name William came out saw the issue gave me three different options. We took the last with the lifetime warranty. William was very professional and respectful the entire time he was at my home. He completed the job in less than a hour It was 30 to 45 mins. And he was done. Would recommend.this company to anyone needing a new garage door or.just repairing yours.

Precision replaced a lot of bad hardware to an existing door. What a change. That was some time ago and the springs finally gave out. Jason came in and reworked the whole system sh9owing things that were about the break any (with or without the s[ring breaking). Good job. Well done!
