My garage door opener,a 1996 Lift Master model,stopped working on Sunday,3/15/15 (beware the Ides of March). I called Precision Door Service on Monday,3/16/15, late morning and was told a technician,Justin Ables,would be at my house between 2:00-5:00 pm the same day to diagnose,repair and/or replace. Justin called at 1:15 pm to let me know he was on the way. I appreciated the Company's prompt,courteous response and I very much appreciated Justin's three repair or replace options after his diagnosis for me to choose. It was fairly obvious of the decision I needed to make without any high pressure sales techniques. I am completely satisfied with my decision and I would highly recommend this Company's products and services.

I called and a repairman was sent out that day. Justin called me before arriving to let me know when he would be there. He was the ultimate professional, giving me a detailed description of what was wrong and a few different options for repair. Had the repair completed within two hours, for a very reasonable price. I could not have been happier with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service; called and within 40 minutes Jason was here. He completed a quick inspection, removed old parts and installed new, I now have a really quiet door. Tech was very knowledgeable and informative. Although I could not reproduce the problem which caused the original call for help, the tech had a good idea as to what was causing the issue and made suggestions of things to be cognizant of in the future. Well done!
