Alas, I will need a new opener and I was given three quotes. I have confidence in this technician and company so will get it replaced and their warranty is their word — and you can trust it.

The work was completed quickly and I am happy with the results except for the remote for the car. I am unable to keep it on my visor but maybe that's the plan to keep it out of sight.

I understand the service call fee, even though it's high. But if all he has to do is tighten a belt and reconnect a wire then it's called a tune up special for an additional $60. So it was $110 for a 10 min visit where most of that time he was just filling stuff out on the laptop. Appreciate him fixing it but something that simple shouldn't require an additional fee on top of the service fee.

I had a great experience with this company. A year ago I had a company do my garage ceiling and they put up a brw garage. This fell down on one side, and was not in code per your technician. The came out and gave quote and was out the next day to fix this! Very happy with the work.

Great job by the 2 men that came out to do a free estimate. They informed me that they could install the door at that time instead of having to schedule an appointment. Only negative thing I had was that the work was almost double what they quoted me over the phone, I agreed to do it more for time than anything. Very informative associates and very knowledgeable.
