Everything was done on time. I was told when the repair man was coming for an estimate and he was here within 5 minutes. I was told when he would be here to fix my door, how much it would be and how long it would take. Again he was here within 5 minutes of that time, the price did not change and he was finished when he said he would be. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with you. I call several Overhead Door companies listed in our phone book. I need our door repaired because it was Friday and we needed our over the weekend and you were the only one that could or would do it right away. The repairman was very well qualified and pointed out an additional problem area beside the broken spring. He did the repair very quickly and pointed out his repairs and some area he adjusted. Upon completing the settlement of the charge he told me I would receive the receipt via e-mail. I have not found this so far on my e-mail. Would you please check it out for me. Thank you,
