Service was fantastic. My car was "stuck" in the garage after the chain broke. I had an early morning appointment and needed my car. The young lady in the office was able to contact a technician to come to the house tonight. Ron, the technician was so nice and was able to repair the door. They told me 4-6 PM, Riley was there at 4 PM, I told him the Genie motor had stopped working. He worked it up on his tablet after inspection and showed me my 3 options; when I made my selection - which was much less expensive than anticipated - (whole new mechanism) he went right to work from his fully-equipped truck and was finished in a little more than 2 hours. Great personality and work ethic - my door sounded like an old Ford truck before it quit and now sounds like a Prius! I highly recommend this company.
