Contacted Percision via Yelp and received a reply quickly. Gave me a quote for technician to come out to inspect the system. Key pad outside would not close the door, all our remotes including our vehicles wouldnt open the door. The inner pad would open the door but had to hold it to close. Kenneth was our technician and he did the 25 point inspection and offered his perfessional opinion and gave me options to think about. We did the first option to rewire safety switches and completed a tune up on the tracks and rollers. He adjusted the spring and lubricated all parts. The problem was rectified and door and remote now work great. Kenneth was very professional and completed the work in a very short time. You will not go wrong with this company.

Brian York was super friendly, honest, and low pressure. He was a pleasure to just converse with and to trust to overhaul my garage door. I was just going to have the springs replaced, but Brian did such a good job, I went ahead and did the complete overhaul. I would definitely recommend Brian as an installer!!

The Precision Door Service Company was awesome. I called that Monday morning and had a technician come out to the house that afternoon. The response from the beginning of making the appointment to fixing the issue were quick and the work was terrific. I really loved how the company sent text message with a picture and a little information (hobbies etc) about the technician. The technician was Brian York he on time, very polite and work was very clean. He took the time to get know you and your concerns. Plus, explain the service that he going to do to repair/fix the issue, suggestions and explain how you can make it better and last longer. We really enjoyed and was blessed with our conservations with Brian. Super great people and service was excellent, very impressed from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to all. God Bless and be Safe all!!

My garage door opener has quit. I contacted Precision and every person I encountered was friendly and very accommodating. Corey cam out, gave me three options for my opener.
