As a former general contractor, I’ve done my own garage door maintenance for 40+ years including changing out the motor. Moving to hurricane prone Florida, I’m unfamiliar with these heavily reinforced roll up doors. I chose Precision based on all the high praise and stellar revues. Jake was our serviceman and was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the status of our 4 year old door with maybe 15,000 cycles. Jake did a great job ‘educating’ me and I can now plan on some doing replacement early next year. Preventive maintenance has kept it going up to now. Better to be safe than sorry in spring replacement. Very pleased with this service call.

Very professional and Alex was right on time. I called at 8 am and got an appointment for later that day. After he inspected the door he gave us two different estimates so we could decide to repair or replace. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision.
