We were very pleased and satisfied with Wade McNeal as our Precision Door Service Certified Technician. We called in first thing today, 08-24-17, was told technician would be out today between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Wade got here little after 10 a.m. We went over everything that needed to be fixed on the broken garage door. He completed in about an hour or so. Garage door works very well after his service of replacing springs and rollers. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get the invoice email directly after I paid. Thank you Wade and the company you represent.

Exceptional, prompt and very professional service. The technician explained all options and why they are necessary, with no pressure. Our garage door parts were over 14 years old so we opted for the entire replacement. 1 hour 20 minutes to replace everything and it came with a lifetime warranty.
