I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the technician. One of my torsion springs broke on me on a Saturday, and it was a day that I had to work. After a quick google search, I found Precision online and I was very surprised they offered a 24/7 call line and that I was able to schedule a technician. They got me set up for the following Monday, so at least I had little peace of mind over the weekend that the door would be fixed. Daniel Lane showed up early for my scheduled time block, and I was prompted by text message that he was on the way. He introduced himself, was totally prepared for the work, and was very professional. After quoting me a fair price, he was on the job and done in under an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing immediate work as will consider them highly if I need any follow on upkeep for the door. Very satisfied...

We were very pleased and satisfied with Wade McNeal as our Precision Door Service Certified Technician. We called in first thing today, 08-24-17, was told technician would be out today between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Wade got here little after 10 a.m. We went over everything that needed to be fixed on the broken garage door. He completed in about an hour or so. Garage door works very well after his service of replacing springs and rollers. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get the invoice email directly after I paid.
