Outstanding Customer Service, the technician was completely knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly recommend your company to any home owner. Now on the other hand I'd like to ask you to reconsider your discounts for Wounded Warrior Veteran's whom have served almost 22 years and are 100% disabled. And the Government has cut our retirement checks in half because its too much money we supposedly receive. Sorry for the long story, but this is truly what we are going through. And your company was fixing my garage door because I'm putting my house up for sale unfortunately, after honorably serving my country they are cutting our pay so low it's embarrassing. Wade, your installer, came out sooner than the scheduled time, that's OK, he called first and asked me for permission, which I gave. When he arrived he immediately told me what the problem was with the garage door and explained the options available to me. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He completed the work in short order. Very happy with the service we received on a Saturday evening to get our garage door functioning again. Justin gave us 2 different quotes to consider. Worked quickly to repair the broken springs and a couple broken hinges. Door is working again! Great service and very professional!

I am very well satisfied with the repair work on my garage door provided by Precision Door Service. They kept me informed on their arrival time and arrived on time. The two service men were courteous and very helpful in explaining the repair options, what was included in each option and the cost of each option. During the repair service, they answered my questions about my garage door springs, rollers and motor. They checked and tightened all the bolts and screws on the door. Altogether, the repair time took about 40 minutes.

I chose precision because I wanted someone to answer the phone. I briefed the two technicians on what the problem was and what I had already done to try and repair it, unsuccessfully of course. I was amazed at how quickly they diagnosed the problem and I also liked different repair options. Having worked on my door my self changing a broken spring and making adjustments. I was blown away at how quickly and effortlessly they replaced the parts and had it working better than before. They also discovered that when I took off the hurricane bar I made the door too light which caused my drums to keep slipping. Your technicians made it look like child's play. They were awesome.
