Chris was very professional in all that he said and did. He explained each thing that needed to be done and what absolutely had to be done before he started working. My husband and I felt comfortable with him working in our garage and coming into our home. He told us about each thing that he did to make our garage door work properly. He also cautioned us about standing under the garage door when it is moving. He explained how all of the new controls work—two remote openers, inside opener, and outside keypad. He also paired our car’s opener so that we can continue to use it. As I said before, he was very competent, very courteous, and very good at explaining how things work. For two senior adults in our 80s, he was a breath of fresh air who came in and took care of our biggest need—a new garage door opener.

Technician has great mechanical skills. Garage door would not open. Technician had to repair door in closed position. Very hot in early August. Great Job!

I was very impressed with Alex's expertise. He came with his tablet and reviewed the garage door repair that he made short order of. He is the consummate professional. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the technician. One of my torsion springs broke on me on a Saturday, and it was a day that I had to work. After a quick google search, I found Precision online and I was very surprised they offered a 24/7 call line and that I was able to schedule a technician. They got me set up for the following Monday, so at least I had little peace of mind over the weekend that the door would be fixed. Daniel Lane showed up early for my scheduled time block, and I was prompted by text message that he was on the way. He introduced himself, was totally prepared for the work, and was very professional. After quoting me a fair price, he was on the job and done in under an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing immediate work as will consider them highly if I need any follow on upkeep for the door. Very satisfied...
