Great job by the installers. They were very efficient and clean and showed me everything about the door and the smart phone app. Very patient and answered all my questions without appearing to be bothered. I was upset when I called 6/15/2020 at 5:30 needing my rolling steel door secured and they told me it would be Friday before any one could come out. I have worked for a steel door company in the past and I would have gone to secure a company's door. 5/19/2020 Jason came out and did some work to make the door safe until parts come in to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and nice.

Your team made short, but professional work of linking a 2005 relic homelink to your Precision opener. Was afraid there might be a problem but fear was unnecessary as it works and we are happy with the results. Thank your team from us. We always look forward to their professionalism. Sorry, but the service performed did not list what we needed done. To link a homelink to your Precision opener. Opener did NOT require repairs.

The service call was an additional charge but should have been included since work was done.All other trades do this. The overall total was 25% more than l researched. The opener and rail should be priced together. The surge protector was not quoted separate and for lack of easier words, a complete “rip off”. I had referred two family members in the last year, but no more. Hunter did a good job but left cut wires and trash.

Garage door spring broke last night around 8:00 p.m. Called Precision Door Service this morning around 8:00 a.m. and they had a technician at my house at 1:30. Christopher Taylor not only did a fantastic job but his demeanor was very pleasant and he explained everything he was doing plus a full inspection. If you need your garage door fixed don't bother calling anybody else call Precision Door Service! You won't be disappointed. Special thanks to Chris.....you're awesome!

Simply put I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you might have. They installed two doors for me a few months ago and did a wonderful job. I did have some concerns with one of the doors after a few months and called them. I called at 10:50 AM and two (well qualified) technicians were at my door at 12:50. They quickly recognized the problem, made the needed adjustments, and even did a complete inspection of both doors making some minor adjustments that I wasn't even aware of being needed. They even lubricated both doors before they left. Overall, they left me feeling really good about the service they provided. Oh yes, they were very kind and friendly asking me more than once if there was anything else that they should be aware of or needed. And my costs for this service....0...that's a zero!

JD evaluated our situation and made recommendations for various solutions from simple repair to replacing one door to both. Due to the age (30 years) of our garage doors we decided to totally replace both doors which also brings them up to current hurricane codes. JD made the door with the broken spring usable until they can be replaced with no added cost. JD was friendly and personable while still being professional. I felt he was not just a "salesman", but had our best interest at heart. If the installers are of the same caliber as JD I will be super satisfied with Precision!

Very impressed with Precision Door Service. Called around 1300, & the service technician, Chris Taylor arrived just before 1500. Chris was professional, courteous, & very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the electrical issue I had with my door & had it fixed within 5 minutes. Great to see a company with outstanding technicians, customer service, response time, repair work, & prices.
