Name & number on one of your trucks caught my eye. I did a little internet research and called. Kayle was polite, professional and scheduled Alex Tran To come and check my problem. He called ahead & sent a text prior to coming. As expected he suggested a bad circuit board. He gave me 3 estimates depending on what I wanted to do. Decision made, replaced motor & track in little more than an hour. Very professional - definately recommend!

I was upset when I called 6/15/2020 at 5:30 needing my rolling steel door secured and they told me it would be Friday before any one could come out. I have worked for a steel door company in the past and I would have gone to secure a company's door. 5/19/2020 Jason came out and did some work to make the door safe until parts come in to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and nice.

Your team made short, but professional work of linking a 2005 relic homelink to your Precision opener. Was afraid there might be a problem but fear was unnecessary as it works and we are happy with the results. Thank your team from us. We always look forward to their professionalism. Sorry, but the service performed did not list what we needed done. To link a homelink to your Precision opener. Opener did NOT require repairs.

The service call was an additional charge but should have been included since work was done.All other trades do this. The overall total was 25% more than l researched. The opener and rail should be priced together. The surge protector was not quoted separate and for lack of easier words, a complete “rip off”. I had referred two family members in the last year, but no more. Hunter did a good job but left cut wires and trash.
