Simply put I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you might have. They installed two doors for me a few months ago and did a wonderful job. I did have some concerns with one of the doors after a few months and called them. I called at 10:50 AM and two (well qualified) technicians were at my door at 12:50. They quickly recognized the problem, made the needed adjustments, and even did a complete inspection of both doors making some minor adjustments that I wasn't even aware of being needed. They even lubricated both doors before they left. Overall, they left me feeling really good about the service they provided. Oh yes, they were very kind and friendly asking me more than once if there was anything else that they should be aware of or needed. And my costs for this service....0...that's a zero!

JD evaluated our situation and made recommendations for various solutions from simple repair to replacing one door to both. Due to the age (30 years) of our garage doors we decided to totally replace both doors which also brings them up to current hurricane codes. JD made the door with the broken spring usable until they can be replaced with no added cost. JD was friendly and personable while still being professional. I felt he was not just a "salesman", but had our best interest at heart. If the installers are of the same caliber as JD I will be super satisfied with Precision!

Chris was very professional in all that he said and did. He explained each thing that needed to be done and what absolutely had to be done before he started working. My husband and I felt comfortable with him working in our garage and coming into our home. He told us about each thing that he did to make our garage door work properly. He also cautioned us about standing under the garage door when it is moving. He explained how all of the new controls work—two remote openers, inside opener, and outside keypad. He also paired our car’s opener so that we can continue to use it. As I said before, he was very competent, very courteous, and very good at explaining how things work. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the technician. One of my torsion springs broke on me on a Saturday, and it was a day that I had to work. After a quick google search, I found Precision online and I was very surprised they offered a 24/7 call line and that I was able to schedule a technician. They got me set up for the following Monday, so at least I had little peace of mind over the weekend that the door would be fixed. Daniel Lane showed up early for my scheduled time block, and I was prompted by text message that he was on the way. He introduced himself, was totally prepared for the work, and was very professional. After quoting me a fair price, he was on the job and done in under an hour.
