I am a previous customer. In the past, I received excellent service from Precision, so they were my first thought when my door would not close. My service technician (Kerry) was very prompt, polite and professional. He worked very hard on a difficult installation, but never showed any sign of frustration. He just labored on until the job was complete. Afterward, he spent several minutes explaining things that I know will be useful. Thank you, Sir.

Your representive was very nice and would have fixed our garage door that has been tore up for over a month but James one of the owners showed his you know what and would not pay for it to be relpaired. He worked on it all day last Monday and has had several people working on it but to no avail. His is just too cheap to get it repaired. So sorry for the inconvenience of your employee for coming all this way.

I called for a garage door inspection due to my door supports failing. The technician came promptly and gave me a 25 point inspection where as my door failed. After receiving an evaluation, explanation and a cost effective recommendation from the tech., I chose to replace my non-working garage door. Less than 7 days later, I received a call from the Precision Door Manager's Desk to schedule an install. The install occurred less than 10 days after my initial inspection. The installation was superb. The technician, Mr. Tsong (I hope I have spelled his name correctly) did a splindid job. He was very well organized, efficient, clean and courteous. Mr. Tsong cleaned as he went and kept his working area safe from slip, trip, and fall debris. A very fine and professional employee representing Precision Doors. Overall, my experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was excellent. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for a fair and honest evaluation and professional door installation. James L. Buchannon

Called and you guys sent someone same day, huge improvement over last experience. Tech gets out and inspects and calls me to say the door has to be replaced. He stated that all the glass was busted and that there are panels broken on the bottom. The door did take a fall, and about 50% of the glass is broken. While panels on bottom may be damaged, I don't feel that warrants replacing the door. I can replace the glass and panels, I just needed the door "cabled" up so it can operational. I understand the importance of job safety, but was told you guys couldn't work on the door because of the broken glass, that it would just have to be replaced. I offered to have my guys bust out the glass. Obviously we would take the panels out in more civil manner, but tech still said no. In past four years I have spent close to $50k with Prescion Doors here in the Pensacola market ($23k alone after Michael down in PC and Marianna). I would never ask anyone to endanger their life, regardless of past business, but for no other option except door replacement? I don't buy that.

We did not get a garage door. Received 2 confirmation emails of arriving between 0900-1100 and when no one showed up, I called to ask where they might be and office personnel said appt is scheduled between 1200-2:00 and that they do not have anything to do with email appt confirmations. Tech took a while along with a new person from the company and told me I should buy a insulated door, then looked over at my window and said “we’ll since you’re window isn’t I guess not” then came back into my home with a quote of over $4,000 and they have one door with windows, do I want it. We talked that I received another quote for $2,000 and then he proceeded to tell me (I guess because I am a woman) the door will be inspected by the county, Hurricane rating and I need to make a decision now. I stated I will discuss it with my husband and the agent said well you need to decide by tonight. I asked him, “you want me to pay for a door that I do not even know what it looks like and the windows?” and he said yes I said no, I”ll let you know. The safety report he created was not even correct- insulted our intelligence. The agent also needs to look to see who is around when he says on the way to the vehicle. “This is bullshit” my grown children were out front and heard it and came told me needless to say we went to the company with the less quote and better service. Jake with Precision Garage Doors came out for a garage door repair estimate. One of my springs had broken he gave me 4 different options and explained the reason for each. I told him which option I wanted and he went right to work fixing the door. He was very professional and did a great job.

I could not be happier. Jordan kept in touch with me throughout the day to let me know when he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all that he was doing. Absolutely amazing work ethic and precision installation from start to finish. Jordan set up all the opener controls and keypad and set up my car to open the garage door as well. Whatever you are paying Jordan is not enough. He is a great salesman, installer, technician and person. I am not sure I have ever been happier spending $700 dollars because I know I got my money's worth! The opener is so quiet I could barely hear it. So excited that I may stay in my garage tonight. JD did a very fine job installing the garage door springs, but im really shocked.why you only have a 90 day warranty on new parts just bevause I didnt purchase everything that your technician recommended? New springs when bought have a 5 year warranty.
