My garage door was in need of attention. Sometimes it would not open remotely from my vehicle. Also, the remote on the outside of my garage was no longer working. Alex Tran (technician) fixed both problems in a short time period. He was very professional and friendly. He also called before coming to my home to inform me of his estimated arrival time which was very near or slightly before the scheduled appointment time. I’m very satisfied with the service rendered! The entire experience was awesome! From the call in to schedule the service to notification with a picture of the technician. Now that’s open and honest service. My technician Jake was awesome, he was polite and courteous. Jake explained how the springs and other parts function on the garage door and how long the normal usage was. Then he showed me a breakdown with cost for what I need repaired.
