Jacob was outstanding in his knowledge of garage doors and attentive to my issue. He correctly diagnosed the underlying problem and repaired. Then he examined the door, bracing, cables, springs, rollers and motor for any issue. He corrected a few items found and then performed a safety test and preventative maintenance. The technicians arrived right on time and was able to troubleshoot all my issues with my garage door. I knew the old chain drive unit I had was obsolete and the door was hard to open even with the emergency release disengaged. The technicians explain to me that was a balancing problem in the springs I had we're too small for that door which I actually already knew. I diagnosed everything and gave me an estimate on the spot and fortunately had everything they needed in the truck to complete the entire job at the time of arrival. Very pleased with the service and the hospitality provided by the technicians would highly recommend precision garage door service.
