Can’t say enough good about Precision Door. They originally installed our garage door in 2019 and were very proud and thorough. We have had them out twice since then for routine maintenance. Most recently technician Dylan Shipman came out and checked over everything and found a couple bolts that needed tightening. He was great. We will always call Precision for our garage door needs.

My daughter-law recommended I call Precision Garage door Service, for my garage door rebuild. So glad I took her advice! They came out the very next day, provided a very reasonably priced (and understandable) contract, to complete my job. Within 3 hours, their installation technician (ZAMEIR) had expertly completed the upgrade/repair of my system. Nice! This is a most honorable business to deal with. Very pleased. Stan S. Working with Precision was easy from start to finish. The estimator provided a clear description of our options and the information we needed to make a decision. The installer answered all of our questions and made sure we knew how to operate the new equipment. We look forward to a long relationship with Precision.

Our garage door cable broke from corrosion after many years of service. I looked up Garage Door service in Pensacola and found this company. After reviewing their reviews, which were spectacular, I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule a visit during the workweek. The dispatcher informed me that she would be able to get someone out to our home the next day. I asked about weekend after hours rates. She then informed me that the same fee applies as weekdays. What a benefit! The next afternoon Dylan showed up on time and did a safety inspections. He gave me three options with the pricing. Precision gave me a military discount being a disable Marine Corp Veteran, I happily accepted. Dylan was efficient with his time and had the whole process , repairing our door with replacement parts he had on his truck. I appreciate the work and highly recommend this company. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service. A+

Definitely meet our expectations. We liked the fact that we were called before the scheduled time. We liked that the Technician was identified prior to his arrival. We felt that Kenny was helpful and friendly. We felt comfortable talking to him. We felt that he was honest with us and reviewed all of the options available to us to resolve our garage door issues. We appreciated him asking for any additional discounts for us. We are looking forward to a professional installation in the near future.

A broken spring had our car stuck in the garage. Precision responded immediately and corrected the problem. I had both of my hurricane-rated, heavy (10 year old) garage doors re-built, with a 10 year warranty. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and technicians Zamir Dyer and Hunter Kinnard!!! All were professional, highly skilled and efficient.

Got Precision recc from local Nature Trail residents….. The company was quick to respond on a SATURDAY to resolve our problem (broken spring). When Nathan came over he gave us the several options available. It was getting quite late, so we all decided it would be best to start on Monday, since auto was outside ! Nathan arrived ON TIME on Monday, set all his equipment up, and got right to the “10 year warranty” job. You could tell he was quite experienced with the job challenges. In about 3 hours, he was completely done, showed us how to use the app, and new interior wall mount pad. Very positive experience….Nathan the tech is a real keeper !!! We have recc him thoughout Nature Trail !!!

I had to replace an old garage door opener as it became inoperable. I chose Precision Door Services as it had numerous outstanding ratings on the Internet. The installer was Zamir Dyer. I was really impressed with the way this replacement project was laid out by Zamir and the timely and efficient way that he made this change. As Zamir worked, every piece of waste/scrap was tossed into a box and the garage was perfectly clean when he left. My hat is off to Zamir. Job WELL DONE. Dr. Carl Sightler

Precision door service goes above and beyond, I have always been impressed with the Tech who perform the work and being able to get scheduled on the same day. I only need a bottom door seal, but the Tech pulled up my account the door hasn't been serviced since 2022. I had the service done and other minor things and i'm satisfied i will not have any issues with my garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage door anytime.
