My garage door was in need of attention. Sometimes it would not open remotely from my vehicle. Also, the remote on the outside of my garage was no longer working. Alex Tran (technician) fixed both problems in a short time period. He was very professional and friendly. He also called before coming to my home to inform me of his estimated arrival time which was very near or slightly before the scheduled appointment time. I’m very satisfied with the service rendered!
