5-STARS: This was an extremely positive experience from the initial visit to complete garage door replacement with upgraded components and lifetime warranty, all within 2 days from my phone call. Wade was very competent, trustworthy, and demonstrated a desire for excellence that matched my lofty expectations. I am a demanding customer and not easily impressed with the "typical" customer service demonstrated these days. This company gets a 5-star AAA rating in my book. Do yourself a favor, call them and fix your door today.

A very nice telephone operator answered our questions and scheduled an appointment the same day. Mr. Justin Ables arrived, evaluated and explained our options. We chose a belt drive operator with lifetime warranty. He was professional, efficient and we will recommend the company to our neighbors and 5,000 church members.

I was significantly impressed with the owner, who called shortly after I placed my previous review, saying that he would refund my $35 technician visit charge. It's that kind of hands-on service focus that builds a business and generates positive word-of-mouth among customers. R. Smith

I can not say enough about what great service Precision Garage Door Service provided us today . The technician ( Jason Lites ) was the most professional and courteous person you could find. He went right to work and installed a complete unit in less than an hour. He took extra time to explain everything to me in detail! Yes all my expectations were met and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you ! Made my day!!

My garage door spring broke Monday afternoon at 4pm on a holiday. I found your website and noticed a 24hr chat link. I wanted to inquiry about the price to repair the spring. I got a quick reply and was told they could schedule someone to be at my house between 6pm-8pm that night. I went ahead and scheduled it and with an hour the tech called and was on his way. Not only was it storming outside and under a tornado watch a tornado had actually struck in our area and the tech, Jason Lite's, still came out. Very courteous and professional. He explained the repair and what it would cost before the fix. Highly recommend this business for anybody looking for quick service and fair pricing.

Had two repairs and they were both fast and efficient. On the most recent, I called at 7:40 am and they had someone out by 8am. I was able to be at work by 9:30! Will always use these guys.

How refreshing to dial your number for a service call and hear a pleasant answer instead of going through a series of pushing buttons to reach a person. Another pleasant thing was getting an appointment for the service call the same day. Better still, a call was made to confirm the appointment and suggested an earlier time which was great. We were pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their skill in repairing our garage door opener. In answering our questions, they were able to assist us further in some repairs needed for our garage door. Also, let me add that we are senior citizens and appreciated the respect shown to us by the repairmen. We will not hesitate to recommend this great company to all our friends.

We were first-time customers with Precision Garage Door Service and I must say, we were very pleasantly surprised. They came the same day we called, were very punctual, actually emailed a picture of our service representative ahead of time, and called us when he was on his way. Jason was very knowledgeable regarding our issue and offered us several options to pick from to repair our door. He also had all the parts and equipment he needed with him so we got our work done right then. We are very satisfied with the job and this company. Will certainly keep their card and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who might need their services. We will be return customers for sure, and when we get ready to replace our door, they will be our choice. Thank you guys so very much. In this day and time, our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was a breath of fresh air!

Very satisfied. Called them at noon and they can out by 4pm. They replaced our 20-year old garage door motor/opener with a new belt driven system. I've never heard a quieter garage door opener. Justin and James were great. Very personable and professional. They did the whole job in about an hour. I highly recommend Precision Door of PNS!

Suddenly the garage door wouldn't open. The guys were able to make out sooner than planned. Besides broken springs, its an old door with many issues. They explained everything to me. I'm on a tight budget & they fixed my door without breaking my checkbook. I'll be calling them back should I have any other problems.

Frank was on time, explained exactly what was needed and showed me so I could be sure I knew what was going on. He installed new springs and rollers and gave the door a complete overhaul. And a biggie for me.....he did not spend any time on a cell phone "visiting" with anyone while he was working. That's a huge plus to me.

Precision Door installed new garage doors and openers at our residence. From cradle (initial contact) to grave (completion of project) the service was outstanding. All with whom we came in contact were friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the products purchase and installed. We couldn't have asked for a better installation crew (Jason, James, Kinsman). Great Job - and thank you!
