The customer service is outstanding! The phone rep was courteous and helpful in scheduling the same day visit and tech verification. I was contacted by the tech prior to arrival. The tech (Darrell) assessed the repair and gave a reasonable estimate. I was impressed by the worked performed and the meticulous attention to detail in fine tuning the door contacts and the smooth operation of the garage door upon replacement of the torsion springs and rollers. I support our local businesses and this is an example of a stellar operation that delivers excellent customer service at reasonable rates. Top Notch!

Five stars for sure!! Loving my new opener on my roll up shop door! Works exactly like I had hoped and the remote even matches the interior of my new Lil sports car, bonus! I've been wanting to have this done for a long time, I had stopped by another door co., twice to have done and nobody would contact me back. Recently my mom had these same people out to replace a circuit board in her opener, I asked her to tell them that no one had ever called me back about what I wanted, still no call. So I looked up openers on internet and found Precision door on a Friday night around 11pm with a live chat, discussed my needs and Precision door was at my home at 7:45am Saturday morning!!! It is not possible to ask for more prompt service!!!! I will be adding garage space to my house in near future and Precision door is the only place I'll contact!

I found this company by searching the internet I am new to the area and found myself in small crisis....my garage door would neither open or shut....I called the 888 number at 8PM and actually spoke to a person and set up an appointment for the following morning 8-10AM. I received a phone call at 8:45 from the tech that he was on his way and he was true to his word...Roger was wonderful......told me exactly what was wrong fixed the problem.......gave my pointers on garage care.....it was one of the best service experiences I have had since I arrived in Pensacola......Hats off to this company and particularly Roger I would use them again....oh and by the way they were very reasonable.

Just had service completed on my garage door and am extremely satisfied. I found Precision by searching online and was impressed with the professional website and particularly the ability to see a photo of my technician (Corey) before he came out. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the tech arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. Work was explained, options were provided and the job appears to be done in a workmanlike fashion. Corey was polite and respectful and I would definitely recommend Precision to others.

One word sums up my 1st experience with Precision, "Awesome". From online scheduling, to the confirmation email which advised me what tech would be servicing my garage (tech photo included) to the actual tech (Roger Sweat) himself this was a great experience. Mr. Sweat not only called to let me know he could arrive early but was punctual, very informative and knowledgeable, very nice and professional. After this experience with Precision I would highly recommend they are used to anyone as well as they will be by garage door service provider from here on out. ( I had my doors maintenanced)

Roger was the best. Called prior to arrival, professional and experienced. We had routine maintenance- no issues. We have been with Precision for some time. Our prior tech Jason was promoted to manager which we were excited about. Roger is our service tech now and we are very pleased. All service was explained and doors checked. There were no problems. Tech bio and drug test etc. is a good practice with ID verify. A quality service company highly recommended without hesitation.

Out standing, They replace old garage door about a month ago and the safety limit got hit by the car's front wheel backing out. I called them and they were right out and replaced it. The workmanship of the technician was out standing and courteous.

Called these guys after hours out to my commercial business. I had a 12 foot rollup door jump track, leaving my business unsecured, after business hours. I called Precision and they had a tech onsite within 40 minutes! I was blown away at the service provided, and Jason, the Tech who handled my claim, was beyond professional and thorough! Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Garage door works great Opener was expensive, but door function is very quiet (cost only reason for 4 star instead of 5!) I was not made aware of Military or Senior Citizen's discounts that apparently are available
