Called these guys after hours out to my commercial business. I had a 12 foot rollup door jump track, leaving my business unsecured, after business hours. Ready to leave for work on a Monday morning and wife and I were greased due to a sudden garage door opener that needed to be replaced. Had no idea who to call as we never had any problems with our garage door in the past. Googled garage door repair Pensacola and picked precision because their website had alot of good info and most importantly it said they would get to your house within 24hrs. I called at 8am, got someone on the phone who said some techs could be out to my house between 9-11am. They were there by 10am and gone by 11am. How many home repairs do you have to hire someone and they are at your door and have the problem resolved within 3-4hrs. They were honest and told us how much a repair cost, how much 3 different levels of garage door opener replacements cost and we choose the mid level replacement. They programmed not only our key pads but our vehicles as well. I realize that not all service calls will go this smooth as each customer's need are different but Precision Door Service made a great impression and our garage door performs very well.

Called for an estimate and Justin and Roger came out the same day. Thoroughly explained pros and cons on the door and closer, quoted the price and made an install date convenient for me, not the next day but the one after. Arrived on time, worked hard and explained all the features and how to operate remotes, keypad till I understood. I got estimates from two others but Roger and Justin made me feel comfortable and confident to go with Precision. Certainly a 5. I was even complimented on my decision, thanks guys!

We are very pleased with the fit, finish and timely installation of our new garage door. BEYOND all that, as it operates, the door is very quiet; not silent mind you but nether of us know the door is opening unless very close to the side of the house where the garage is. We had one minor adjustment needed with the service technician arriving at the house the same day. In follow up to a question emailed to the company well after business hours, a reply came directly from the owner in less than an hour!! Matter resolved that quickly.

The technician arrived promptly, ran a comprehensive check of the garage door, showed me the checklist and explained it. He repaired the system in very short order. He also identified a problem I had with the electric eye sensor that I had just been living with and with my permission repaired that also. At my request he sold me a remote opener that had not come with the house when I bought it several years ago. Satisfied that all was working well and that I understood how to operate the remote he was finished. The entire experience was positive and I felt that I received good value for my money. Of special note to me was that he did not try to sell me a new door, which had been my fear.

Excellent service! I called in the morning and Spencer was here the same day providing me with several estimates. After deciding which estimate I wanted (BEST), I asked if the work could be done the same day. Yes, Precision Door Service could. A new garage door opener with 2 remotes and keypad, along with new rollers and various other repairs. Spencer and his helper did an excellent job and no mess to clean up. Would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I was very happy to find Precision and find out they do service calls on the weekend. I called about 9:30am and had an appointment for 2:00-4:00pm. The tech showed up around 2:25 and had called me earlier to say he was running a little late and would miss the 2pm arrival; he was traveling an hour to my house from his last service call. The tech was great - thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, and professional - and fixed my door in under 45 minutes. Pretty quick considering the condition the door was in when he showed up. The $49 service fee is extremely fair, especially for a weekend call, and the total price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision again if I need garage door repair.

The chain jumped off track and the door wouldn't work late one evening. I had to go somewhere early the next morning. Opened the phone book and saw this big impressive ad. My garage door spring broke Monday afternoon at 4pm on a holiday. I found your website and noticed a 24hr chat link. I wanted to inquiry about the price to repair the spring. I got a quick reply and was told they could schedule someone to be at my house between 6pm-8pm that night. I went ahead and scheduled it and with an hour the tech called and was on his way. Not only was it storming outside and under a tornado watch a tornado had actually struck in our area and the tech, Jason Lite's, still came out. Very courteous and professional. He explained the repair and what it would cost before the fix. Highly recommend this business for anybody looking for quick service and fair pricing.
