If you think you can get better customer service anywhere else good luck trying to find it. My thanks to Thomas "Bailey" Parker, Residential Technician, for the excellent service he provided including his diagnosis of the problem I was having with one of my garage doors. Precision should feel fortunate to have Mr. Parker in it's employ. Great job and thank you!

We received excellent service, we called in the morning and they were there within an hour. Riley found the problem with the cables, he fixed the problem and then continued to check the system for any other problems before he left. I’m would highly recommend this Company

Came to our aid quickly as our spring broke on garage door and couldn’t get the car out. The technician gave us several options for repair and upgrades. Seemed pricey but did an outstanding job. Looks good and everything in good working order now.

Purchased a new garage door and opener with camera and keypad two years ago. Backup battery in the opener was bad and was replaced today. Bryan, with phone assistance from Brianna, was amazing. The camera was also not connecting with my wifi. They both stayed with it until he got everything working properly. I received excellent service today and would highly recommend Precision Door

The technicians were on time, professional, and friendly to talk to and answer questions. I was surprised at how quickly they did the work since I had to go with the most extensive repair package (basically a spring repair with upgrade on almost everything else) I’m not happy about the price, but thankful for the Veterans discount and 12 months no interest.

Excellent service. I had used Precision several years ago to replace my opener so when a guide track failed (my fault) I called them again. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and the follow-up progress notifications were great. The technician (Jack Maskery) arrived on time, offered a choice of solutions (one was actually free), and did a great job replacing the tracks. I highly recommend this company. Very professional.
