Had a bad UV sensor. Sensors were replaced. Technician said remote was not working at range due to LED light bulbs being installed in opener. The LED lights interfere with the opener frequency. Replace a bracket and a hinge that was cracked. Technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Definitely a five star rating. My grandson, Robert, had a problem with his garage door last week and he selected your company after researching the service on the internet. I was so impressed with the two men that repaired his door that I called you yesterday when one of my doors malfunctioned. The two technicians that came to my home were not the same as his but were equally professional, efficient and neat. I have already given your card to a friend of ours who asked us about your service.

Precision was awesome to work with. Our garage spring broke pulling the arm off. When Justin came out he assessed the situation and offered options to fix the door. They were fair, honest and very professional. The entire job was complete within 3 hours of calling them. I definitely recommend this company for any garage door problem!

Justin came to the house ready to work he explained the new equipment and installed it in what seemed like no time. He programed my external key pad ,my cars built in opener, lubed everything and my new opened is quite and works perfectly. He know the product and explained everything. Great job

Had major malfunction with aging door, rails, springs, and motor...what else could go wrong? Precision arrived within 2 hours of my frantic call the next morning, quickly assessed the situation, recommended 3 options, I picked a new garage door on a Friday and it was installed the following Monday. My inlaws were in need of a new garage door after the door came off the tracks. We contacted Precision first thing on a Friday morning and they were out within 2 hours. A new door was ordered and it was then installed on Monday morning first thing. My garage door was making a horrible noise so I called Precision Door. I was very pleased that someone could take a look at it that very day (my day off from work). It was fixed and reasonably priced. He also advised me on how to take care of the door. I had no idea that I should have been lubricating it. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use PD again if needed.

Prompt and on time! Jason was very profession and identified exactly what my issues were. Best thing was that they replaced the broken spring and installed the correct bracket (one that was installed was not even close to being correct or mounted in right place) in 30 minutes. Great job!! The repairman was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, capable, courteous and polite, with customer service as a priority. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time on the morning I called to request service. He carried-out a system safety check; diagnosed and fixed the garage door opener problem in short order; and provided an estimate for additional needed maintenance items. I recommend Precision to anyone needing this service. Tuesday morning, 9 December 2014, I contacted the Precision Door Service repairman to determine a schedule to replace my garage door opener, spring, roller drums and ancillary items as estimated Monday, 24 November 2014, during his earlier service call. The replacement was promptly scheduled for 2 pm that day. At near the scheduled time, the repairman called and asked permission for him and his assistant to arrive some 30 minutes early to accomplish the replacement; I agreed, appreciating his courtesy and the fact that he could come sooner than originally planned. The two men were very polite, professional, courteous and efficient. The old system was removed and the new one installed and operating smoothly within less than an hour and a half. The system components and installation price were exactly as estimated. I am pleased with the prompt, capable service I have gotten from Precision Door Service.

Prompt, courteous service. Our technician was Mr. Sweat. He removed our old door and installed the door and our new belt-driven door opener. He explained the lubrication schedule and how to clean the door. He explained the wireless door opener and the type of light bulbs to use. He was also friendly and applied the military discount I forgot to request when I received the estimate. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service.
