All I can say is awesome! I called (mid afternoon)and they were there, within 2 hours. The Tech, Wade, was very polite and greeted me with a handshake. He quickly accessed my situation and gave me a fair price for repairs. Before I knew it he was done. I highly recommend this company. This is my second time using them and I will continue to do so for my garage door needs. Great job guys.

Some of the best customer Service I have ever experienced. Technician was at the houses with an hour of the call to the office. Door was fixed within an hour and the rates were excellent. Precision Door is now saved in my contacts and will definitely refer them to anyone needing garage door repair!!

The technician new his stuff. Even though the door is very old he worked out a solution to our problem. I had originally called another company and they weren't interested in fixing our problem. Five stars for sure!

Darrell arrived on time and replaced the gears in the garage door opener in a professional and timely manner , he also lubed the the track to make the door much less noisey and asked me to test the door and to see if I was satisfied with his work which I was. On the rating of 1-5 I would say a five.

Home Advisor gave me two companies that install garage doors in this area. The first company that came to my home actually offered me a lower price for the work. However, when I mentioned the two negative reviews that were posted on Home Advisor, the salesman kept speaking but did not make eye contact with me for the remainder of the time he was in my home. Further, he literally turned his body away from me to the point that I was talking to his back! When the salesperson for precision doors came over, he was friendly, direct and honest, never losing eye contact with me. Needless to say, I chose Precision and it was an OUTSTANDING choice!! Precision Doors was at my home the next day and within 4 hours, I had the greatest garage door and automatic opener I could ask for. The technicians were experienced, hard working and had no problems explaining to me what they were doing. The door was in place and working and my old door was taken away. I could not be happier!!!

Pros: Technician came same day. He was quick and efficient, very polite and provided great service. I would highly recommend this company. Precision is the Company to choose for a great service. Con: Precision company gives Military and Senior discount. I am old and a military retiree. I didn't realized I didn't get a senior discount when the tech presented me with the bill. One advise I can give customers is to make sure you have the discount offered when looking at your bill.

When my garage door wouldn't open, I called the company that installed my opener. The telephone recorded message gave me their hours of service, Monday - Friday. Since it was Saturday when my door wouldn't work I had to find someone else. Your website was very impressive, said you were 7/24, so I called. Sure enough I got a live voice, who said a service man would be out. And Roger Sweat showed up in less time than was said. Roger diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and quickly repaired my door. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I certainly will call Precision anytime in the future that I need attention to my garage door.

Our garage door fell off its track today (Saturday) and we were concerned it would fall on our car and that we would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. We called Precision and the service technician (Wade) was at our house within a couple of hours and not long after arrival had diagnosed the problem and had our garage door repaired and running well. Wade was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. We were very pleased with his work. Because of our experience today, we will be calling Precision next week for further work. Great company!

Prompt, courteous service. Our technician was Mr. Sweat. He removed our old door and installed the door and our new belt-driven door opener. He explained the lubrication schedule and how to clean the door. He explained the wireless door opener and the type of light bulbs to use. He was also friendly and applied the military discount I forgot to request when I received the estimate. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service.

Had a bad UV sensor. Sensors were replaced. Technician said remote was not working at range due to LED light bulbs being installed in opener. The LED lights interfere with the opener frequency. Replace a bracket and a hinge that was cracked. Technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Definitely a five star rating. My grandson, Robert, had a problem with his garage door last week and he selected your company after researching the service on the internet. I was so impressed with the two men that repaired his door that I called you yesterday when one of my doors malfunctioned. The two technicians that came to my home were not the same as his but were equally professional, efficient and neat. Precision was awesome to work with. Our garage spring broke pulling the arm off. When Justin came out he assessed the situation and offered options to fix the door.
