Technician Mason came over yesterday (5/26/18) to our home in Niceville, FL to analyze our garage door unit. He met with my husband, David and informed him to replace the unit. Upon my arrival, much displeased about complete garage door replacement as our previous unit LIFEMASTER has LIFETIME Warranty and was overall a much larger and more tech system was replaced with new proprietary Precision System (remote (2), motor, and wall unit) -- I'm unhappy with new system quality. Additionally, Mason took our LIFEMASTER Products, I want those back. The wall unit was a Large box - Digital system, Thermostat included, automatic timer garage closer. I request Mason or Precision Employee return our previous Products. We had Precision install their unit, but DO NOT WALK Away with our Previous Products. LIFETIME will send me a new Garage Motor - FREE OF CHARGE. The wall unit - is In PERFECT Condition. Please call me for questions, Juliet at 850-883-4952 or 850-368-9435. My husband doesn't handle our "home issues" and in this situation he was taken advantage of. All we needed was right size of Springs (#273) and those only cost $54 a piece, we were charged $149 each.

Very happy with the customer service from Precision Door. I had an issue where I needed to replace my motor. My door and motor was 21years old. The service technician talked me into replacing everything as a kit which also brought my door up to current hurricane code. The installers had the new equipment installed a week later. the installers, Rodger and JD did a great job and were very personable. Highly recommend.

The fix was sooo easy, I now feel stupid! Been using this for 25 years (purchased through you guys) and didn't know about the "lock-out" feature on the inside garage button. Your guy held the lock-out button down for a few seconds, and everything worked fine! I had always just un-plugged the unit during summer vacations. Your guy even programmed the inside button of our GMC Acadia for us to use instead of the remote! We had never used that feature! No more batteries needed! Thanks! :)

The excellent reviews on the Internet were the reason I called, and I was not disappointed. Your techs were here within 2 hours. All I can say is awesome! I called (mid afternoon)and they were there, within 2 hours. The Tech, Wade, was very polite and greeted me with a handshake. Some of the best customer Service I have ever experienced. Technician was at the houses with an hour of the call to the office. Door was fixed within an hour and the rates were excellent. The technician new his stuff. Even though the door is very old he worked out a solution to our problem. I had originally called another company and they weren't interested in fixing our problem. Five stars for sure!

Darrell arrived on time and replaced the gears in the garage door opener in a professional and timely manner , he also lubed the the track to make the door much less noisey and asked me to test the door and to see if I was satisfied with his work which I was. Home Advisor gave me two companies that install garage doors in this area. The first company that came to my home actually offered me a lower price for the work. However, when I mentioned the two negative reviews that were posted on Home Advisor, the salesman kept speaking but did not make eye contact with me for the remainder of the time he was in my home. Further, he literally turned his body away from me to the point that I was talking to his back! When the salesperson for precision doors came over, he was friendly, direct and honest, never losing eye contact with me. Needless to say, I chose Precision and it was an OUTSTANDING choice!! Precision Doors was at my home the next day and within 4 hours, I had the greatest garage door and automatic opener I could ask for. The technicians were experienced, hard working and had no problems explaining to me what they were doing. The door was in place and working and my old door was taken away. I could not be happier!!!

Con: Precision company gives Military and Senior discount. I am old and a military retiree. I didn't realized I didn't get a senior discount when the tech presented me with the bill. One advise I can give customers is to make sure you have the discount offered when looking at your bill.
