EXCELLENT! Describes all the folks from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My 25 year old double wide garage door had finally rusted out and broken. Precision's team installed a new far superior wind load rated door. The plan at first was to reuse my 12 year old belt drive opener. During the new door install and due to the sharp skill full installers eye's (Roger and Triston), we discovered the old belt was worn and deteriorated to the point of needing replacement. I then elected to have a complete new belt drive opener installed. Roger did not have one on the truck but he scheduled another team to bring one out the same day. They (Darrell and Mason) arrived just hours later with a new high quality opener assembly and completed the install. Wow am I happy! The entire new system is much quieter in function and of very high quality overall. I also like the lifetime transferable warranty on the door and 5 year warranty on the opener. Great product, Excellent installers, all at a fair price. Wish I had done this much sooner. As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason to consider doing business with anyone but Precision. Thank's again!

We had a great experience with our technician. Our garage door had been improperly installed by the builder with very cheap and incorrect parts. The door finally failed on us after making horrible noises, leaving our home vulnerable to critters and criminals. Precision Door Service responded quickly. The technician took the time to explain the problems and give us options. For safety and peace of mind, we had the technicians install new cables, springs, rollers, etc. An overhaul! We highly recommend them.
