Had my garage door break down and within 15 minutes had a confirmation of an appointment with a follow up email. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time! Repaired both doors with new belt driven openers and the experience was exceptional! Wish all repairs would go as smoothly as this one. Thanks a lot for the professional experience!!

I would highly recommend your company to any of my family or friends. Jason was wonderful, professional and finished the job quickly. Not only is he an employee that wonderfully represents your company, he is a gentleman as well. I am an elderly woman that was trying to hang a curtain rod. I was having a lot of difficulty with it. Jason said he would help me and in just a few minutes he had the curtain rod hung and took the time to help me hang the curtains. I was wondering if there were any kind, caring people left and found out THERE IS. Hopefully all your employees are as courteous and as much as gentleman as Jason.

Had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken door opener. Called Precision Door and they were there within 2 to 3 hours - great service! They sent an appointment confirmation email and the tech called when he was on the way. Job was done well and efficiently, and they were professional throughout. I would use them again!

Spencer and Corey responded to my call for repair of the garage door opener. After evauation, we decided to install a new opener rather than repair the old one.Within two hours after their arrival, the new opener had been installed, the garage floor restored to order and they were on their way back to Pensacola. Definitely a 5 star business. Thanks

Very impressive! When your garage door won't work it's a big hindrance of course, The guys from Precision Door came by at 8pm. In forty five minutes my door was repaired and working perfectly! You just can't ask for more than that! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous!

First, I was most pleased to have a service call the day I called your company. And, I feel fortunate to have Jason Lites as the technician responding. After explaining the situation to him, Jason explained several possible actions and the relative costs. After we decided on what I needed at this time, Jason proceeded with great efficiency to complete the job in 1.5 hours. He should be given at least 6 Atta Boys !!! I will recommend Precision in the future.
