Frank was on time, explained exactly what was needed and showed me so I could be sure I knew what was going on. He installed new springs and rollers and gave the door a complete overhaul. And a biggie for me.....he did not spend any time on a cell phone "visiting" with anyone while he was working. That's a huge plus to me.

I needed to have my door serviced and checked out. My remote didn't work any more and I was operating it manually. The service technician was knowledgeable and explained why my door wasn't working properly. I am going to use y'all again PLUS recomend your company to my friends. I give y'all five stars.

Precision Door installed new garage doors and openers at our residence. From cradle (initial contact) to grave (completion of project) the service was outstanding. All with whom we came in contact were friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the products purchase and installed. We couldn't have asked for a better installation crew (Jason, James, Kinsman). Great Job - and thank you!

I couldn't be happier with my new garage door and service I received from Precision. From the initial visit to installation, Justin was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He never rushed the decision making process and kept a smile on his face as I changed my mind of the umpteenth time. My new door - glides! It is s nearly silent, so very smooth and quiet. It has brightened up the entire front of my home and I have received many compliments. My highest recommendations.

Precision has proven to be a truly professional, customer oriented business. From start to finish they were on time and delivered an installation that exceeded my expectations due to a low overhead requirement. They solved a problem without additional cost that another installer said required extensive door modifications and an upgrade of the door opener at a much higher cost.

Jason Lites has been our tech for some time. We are pleased to see him with a great company. It is because of Jason that we found Precision Door. Jason serviced our garage with precision, skill and knowledge. He was on time, had the supplies and gave a good report. This is a professional and quality company. Cannot tell you how pleased I am after Justin showed up two hours EARLY, on a SATURDAY to fix my garage door springs that snapped. Called twice while on the way, showed me what he could do to get us back in action and what he could do to overhaul our 18 year old door! I opted for the Best package that replaced darn near every moving thing on the door but the door itself for half the cost of a new door. Lot of money, yes, but the piece of mind and Lifetime warranty was worth every single penny! Completed the job in right at an hour and Justin was a total professional and superior gentleman to deal with. You're making a mistake by not bookmarking this company and using them for all your garage door needs. I am totally blown away by how easy and silent my door is now. Cannot say Thank You enough. Best company that's ever been to my home, bar none.

The entire team at Precision Door has been a pleasure to deal with. From the initial call to inquire about service to the timeliness of the service call and repair I could not be happier. The technician called prior to the appointment and showed up on time. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable and completed the repair promptly. It is refreshing to see this high level of service from a local company from people who genuinely care and appreciate your business. I am a customer for life!

Very good service! Love they provide pics of their techs and the name so you know who to expect. Had a same day appointment and tech called and could even come earlier. This was for a door "tune up" and outside key pad, but we will definitely use again if needed!

It was Sunday morning. Our garage door jumped out of the track and was hanging down behind our garaged car. I found Precision on Google and phoned for an appointment. They said would 1:00 PM suit you? I said absolutely. They tech was there right on the money, made the repair, rehung the door, replaced some rollers and the charge was reasonable.
