It was Sunday morning. Our garage door jumped out of the track and was hanging down behind our garaged car. I found Precision on Google and phoned for an appointment. They said would 1:00 PM suit you? I said absolutely. They tech was there right on the money, made the repair, rehung the door, replaced some rollers and the charge was reasonable.

Jason arrived on time for a tuneup with a silencing package that I purchased off Angie's List after purchasing a home with an older worn opener. After discussing my numerous issues and looking at what Precision offers in new hardware, it was an easy choice to have him replace pretty much everything but for the door and rails. The price was excellent! The door now opens and closes with a whisper! The lifetime warranty is excellent! Jason took the time to answer every question I had and did not try to push me into any sale. After discussing with him for a while, it was a no brainer to just replace my equipment. He replaced the springs, rollers, opener, keypad, mounted opener, etc... in less than an hour and it all works fabulously. I highly recommend Precision and Jason particularly!

i would rate this service and the technician's 5 star . my garage door broke at about 11:00 pm on a Tuesday and they completed my repair on Wednesday less than 24 hours later. they checked everything from cables to rollers and replaced the spring and cable even did some preventive maintenance, i would highly recommend them for repairs or replacement
