Your company was highly recommended to me by my next-door neighbor for whom you recently rendered service. Your technician, Brian York, was on-time, friendly and professional. He evaluated the problems with my garage door and explained them to me. He also explained the options I had regarding repairs. He then went about making the repairs in an expeditious manner and when he was finished, demonstrated that the garage door was in operating condition. I will endorse your company if I meet anyone needing a recommendation to address garage door problems

PDS is fantastic. Fast service by friendly professionals who are experts. One of my springs broke, but after learning more about the state and age of my parts and opener I decided to have everything replaced. My opener was a 12 year old chain drive. The new belt drive opener is quiet. I'm very happy I decided to do it all.

Shawn was right on schedule . . . called ahead of time and got to our home quickly. Professional and informative about the products and options and explained what our expectations should be regarding the process and delivery time. Excellent first impression. btw, your Review options did not provide a category for Bahama storm shutters so I slected a random category from the services listed.

i chose Precision Door Service after using Google. Precision was the first to come up. So glad I called. Jake Reed is the technician that came to check my door opener. Jake is very professional and explained the problem with my door and what needed to be done. I have printed out the estimates that Jake made, and will be contacting you soon with my choice. I would like to request Jake to do the job. Just a matter of getting my finances straight for the job. Thank You for the timely, professional service. Barbara Mabire

Service did not correct the problem. The twice I opened the door it opened only about 12 inches and stopped. I closed it and then reopened it. The technician was friendly and dressed in uniform.

From the call center to Jaylen I couldn't expect a better service. They listened attentively to my inquiries and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Jalen did listen and took his time to answer all my questions. As far as for the repair, it seems to be working, but it will be too soon to grade the repair.

We had an issue with our garage door that Precision had installed last year, the hinge pulled right through the door. I called yesterday and the guys came out this afternoon to fix it. As always, they were super courteous and personable. I feel the cost was acceptable, although I thought it would have been covered since the door is only about 6 months old, they did waive the service call, so I'm okay with it. I've always had great experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced or a new system installed. Thanks for the great service, guys!
