The folks at Precision are always fantastic, but the two gentlemen we had today went above and beyond! They were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, super professional and very patient when we had issues with accessing the app. We have used Precision in the past and will use them for any future needs for our garage door. call in the morning they came out same day. My Garage door would not open. Cody was very professional. He explained everything I needed to repair my garage door. The door spring broke. I decided to have a new Garage door Opener installed as well a long with new rollers. They have a wonderful warrant. He never tried to sell me items in did not need. I will always use Precision Doors.

Our garage door suddenly started having a mind of it's own, opening and closing at all hours. We called Precision Door Services to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. We were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. We received a call from the technician, Jordon McClure, when he was on his way, and we received a text from the company with a photo of Jordon so we knew who would be showing up at our door. Jordon quickly found the problem and made recommendations for us to consider. We elected to go with the complete motor overhaul and couldn't be happier. Our garage door is so quiet now. Jordon was very professional, arrived on time and completely cleaned up afterwards. Well worth the money and would highly recommend Precision Door Services.

Jacob & Austin did a fantastic job----they had several openers in their vehicle, as well as all other materials. We were impressed that one could call a service, get a same day appt. and have someone show up in three hours! And, they were cheerful and polite.

Chris came to fix my garage door and was on time,very courteous, friendly and professional he found that the problem was very minor with my garage door not opening and with a flick of a switch he had the door working.Chris only charged me for a service call. Your repairman gave me 3 options, ranging from $2,200 - $4,300, to repair door after wife hit it with her car. I asked if it could be repaired, to which he replied "No." 1 ½ hours and 6 screws after he left, I had it back together, working as good as ever. We received "same day service" from Precision Door Service as advertised within 4 hours for our garage door repair. We are selling our home and it was important we get the garage door fixed today for an Open House this weekend. The customer service agent on the phone was very pleasant.
