The work was completed with in a few minutes. No ordering parts, coming back another day to fix, it was addressed, explained in detail and job complete. Wonderful. Precision is a great company, I have never had a bad tech. Today Bailey, was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and personable to my issues. I own a company myself and I know what it takes to find good accountable, dependable, motivated people to hire. Bailey reflects this company’s investment. I even learned something.

So happy that when I called for service on my garage door I was greeted with a very pleasant person, and was able to set up a quick appointment to have my door repaired. I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very pleasant and gave me some pointers on how to keep my door working smoothly for a long time. My technician was Kenneth. He was very thorough and pleasant.

The technicians were on time, professional, and friendly to talk to and answer questions. I was surprised at how quickly they did the work since I had to go with the most extensive repair package (basically a spring repair with upgrade on almost everything else) I’m not happy about the price, but thankful for the Veterans discount and 12 months no interest.

Kenneth arrived on time ( early actually) . It was time to retire the old sears garage door opener…the new precision door opener is whisper quiet. Kenneth went the extra mile, sinking up the new opener to my Jeep. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. Good experience all the way around. Very satisfied customer… thanks Kenneth AAA+++
