Had the pleasure of having Precision Door handle my garage door needs. From talking with the salespeople, setting up the service appointment to the actual delivery of my new door opener everything went smoothly. Nice and capable people all around. Final product works seamlessly. I highly recommend these people. Very ethical. Don't worry about a thing.

I've never felt the urge to run back inside and write a review right away for such outstanding customer service...until now. First, I have to compliment Amanda for doing a great job understanding my problem on the phone, then putting me on hold to talk to her manager about what Precision could do for me. I just wanted a part that they usually carry on their repair trucks, but they don't sell them separately, which I can understand. She talked to her manager and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They would waive the service call fee and try to install the part, and if that did fix the problem, they would only charge me for the part and the minimal time it took to put it in. And....Darrell arrived in less than 3 hours and had the new part installed in 15 mins. You can't beat that kind of customer service. I will be sure to call them for all my future garage door needs and tell my friends about them. Thanks Darrell and Amanda! --Glenn

Wade, the technician that showed up did a fantastic job on servicing our garage door. He called before he showed up and arrived a few minutes early with everything needed to do the job. He provided prompt answers about the problem we were having with our garage door. He then offered us repair options that allowed us to decide for ourselves which service best suited our needs. Great service, would recommend this company to others.

Very nice technicians- thought price was a bit high -but when tech explained the quality of the brand of opener vs the one being replaced I had no problem. Came out same day - very pleased and would highly recommend.

Great follow up customer service. Call center did not include my specific repair needs but assured me techs would have any parts needed on the truck. When the first tech didn't have the parts, the manager dispatched another truck with the needed parts the same day. Techs are 5 star, call center not so much. If you know what the problem is, INSIST that the call center includes the info in the dispatch notes.

Although I had a simple fix (for your professional staff) it was great watching your Pro in action . I had installed a new garage door system myself but the adjustment would not work properly. Roger adjusted everything and ensured my new system was functioning correctly. Great Job Precision Door!

Wade rolled in here 2 hours earlier than expected replaced a broken torsion spring and knocked out a total refurb of the garage door in about an hour. Door operation hasn't ever been this smooth or quiet...even when the door was new 16 years ago. Great job. 100% satisfied.

With in 2 hours of my initial call, Roger had arrived and began repairs for a broken torsion spring. During initial eval, frayed lift cables and a worn center bearing were identified. No high pressure sales pitch. 3 estimates were provided before the repair was started (basic repair, upgraded and Premium). Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. The job was completed in minimum time without any problems. Having a stocked service vehicle is a major plus. The door hasn't been this quiet since it was first installed. Great work!

The service technician "Roger" showed up on time. Promptly gave me three quotes. We discussed the best one and he went to work and accomplished the job in under an hour. He went far beyond his required repair job and fix the garage door opener at no additional charge. When I experience customer service beyond my expectations, you can be sure I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door help. Roger was professional, polite and a delight to have him at my home. Thank you. Five stars.
