Wade was great!!! I called July 4th at 10pm, and was amazed to be able to communicate online through their website on a holiday evening. Through online chat, they scheduled him to arrive between 8am and 10pm the next morning. Wade called on July 5th at 7:30am and was promptly here at 8am. By 9:30am the torsion springs and rollers were replaced and the garage was fully functional. Wade gave me 2 quotes to choose from based on his inspection. He was courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend Wade and Precision Door Service to anyone.

I called Precision Door Service Saturday, May 21st at about 330pm and requested service/assistance on my garage door that simply would not open. The friendly operator set the appointment and gave me a 4pm to 6pm arrival time. I was pleasantly shocked when Justin called to say he was now on his way and arrival would be about 417pm. When he arrived, Justin was the epitome of a professional technician, friendly, and knowledgable which allowed me to make the best decision for today's resolution. By 515pm, he was done and we chatted briefly before settling up on the bill. You can tell Justin and Precision desire to do more than just make money but also to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term relationship with its customers - WTG y'all !!!! Our HOA management company recommended Precision Overhead for our garage door repair. I checked their website then made the call. We scheduled an 8:00-10:00 AM service window. The technician, Justin, arrived at 8:00. He explained the services and prices to us. Repairs were completed in an expert and timely manner. A happy customer.

This was one of the best experiences of this type that I have ever known! First of all, the techs arrived within 2 1/2 hours. They were very, professional and respectful. They fully answered questions and explained options. After quickly verifying that the door opener had succumbed to old age, we decided to replace the chain drive unit with a reasonably priced and much quieter belt driven one. Waaay more better! Very soon, the job was finished and my blood pressure was down. We highly recommend your company to anyone needing service to their garage door.

They are true to their words about emergency service and being on time. I called on a Friday afternoon and they said they could get someone there the same day. They even offered to come on the weekend! I had my garage door repaired and the technician explained everything before and after the job was completed. Five star rating.

Simply awesome! Justin Ables was great, very proffesional. Something's are worth paying for and this is one of them. Showed up early, clean company shirt, big Ford deisel with company logo, cleaned mess, and finished promptly. Transaction done on company tablet, payed by CC, invoiced by email with picture of tech prior to showing up. I called Staurday morning and 45 minutes later Justin was there. I live in Navarre and it has been tough getting good service out here, this is the best experience I have had with any service. If I had a business, I would be very happy to have Justin represent me. Bravo Zulu, nicely done. Five stars.

Very professional throughout the organization. My only recommendation is for the invoices to be printed in portrait as opposed to landscape. This will reduce the amount of paper necessary to print the invoice.
