I am beyond satisfaction with the quality of product and service from Precision Garage Doors. I called @ 9:00 am. for a service call and within 2 hours a service man was here! Kenneth was polite, efficient and thorough and within a few hours I had two new garage motors and equipment, including servicing of the existing garage doors and replacement of parts on one older door! All this with a warranty and the most quiet operation of the doors I could ever conceive! My old motors were 23 yrs old, and I am amazed at the workings of the new! Kenneth was an absolute delight to work with--he explained everything he would do, was extremely efficient, showed me the new products including clear explanations of everything! Outstanding service! Replaced two old units to match the newest third unit. Corrected short in wiring for one door. Replaced the wheels and assisted me in syncing the auto buttons to the door opener. Very efficient and caring technician named Turner. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door or shutter work. I also live that when you call you get a live person on the phone and they contact you and keep you posted on the ETA. Personal service at an exceptional level.

2 years after install, ( different company) the door seemed to be more drag on the opener. Jordan quickly, and accurately assessed the prob, adjusted the spring and serviced it. Smooth as silk now. Jordan was outstanding- professional, personable and knew his business well. Will def use again!

Had issue getting a tall golf cart in garage. Alex gave a couple of options and decided to change the arm bracket so the door could go up higher. The golf cart was in transit when he started the job and waited for the golf cart to come so he could make sure it fit in after changing the bracket. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service repaired my garage door spring about 3 years - service was fast (same day) and at reasonable cost. So a week ago when I somehow managed to close the garage door on the car while backing it in and mangling the door, I immediately called Precision. They were out the next day. The tech (Schad) and his assistant (Corey, I believe) were able to get my garage door closed until the new garage door arrives and can be installed. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and gave me options as to how I would like to proceed. Since the garage door has to be replaced, I opted to go ahead and replace/upgrade the garage door opener as well. They were up front about all pricing, etc., and I feel I am getting great value for my money. This is a top notch business, and I will not hesitate to make them my first call for any future garage door needs!
