Travis is the second tech I've had from this service provider. Both have been extremely friendly, built pricing & service established before work begins. No surprises have way through, like some other's padding the bill. When the time comes, Precision will have my business replacing present system with modern tech???? Travis even installed my exterior seals @ his labor cost, worth every penny as I probably would have made numerous errors in judgement doing it myself.

The technician showed up earlier than scheduled. He promptly performed his inspection on my garage door and offered 3 options. I agreed to one of his proposals and he went right to work. Kerry Avant did a professional job in a timely manner. He was polite and courteous as well. My garage door operates like a new door now. I’m very pleased with the response time and high quality work.

Garage door opener spring broke and found Precision in line. Service tech’s were prompt and arrived as promised. They reviewed situation and gave me options. Within an hour, my problem was solved. I will definitely call them if I have problems in the future … although I don’t expect any with their guarantee.

Needed repairs to my garage door. The two young men who did the work were courteous and knowledgeable. Offered the choices and explained the differences. The work was completed quickly and I am happy with the results except for the remote for the car. I am unable to keep it on my visor but maybe that's the plan to keep it out of sight.

I understand the service call fee, even though it's high. But if all he has to do is tighten a belt and reconnect a wire then it's called a tune up special for an additional $60. So it was $110 for a 10 min visit where most of that time he was just filling stuff out on the laptop. Appreciate him fixing it but something that simple shouldn't require an additional fee on top of the service fee.

I had a great experience with this company. A year ago I had a company do my garage ceiling and they put up a brw garage. This fell down on one side, and was not in code per your technician. The came out and gave quote and was out the next day to fix this! Very happy with the work.

My house had a lightning strike and it messed up my garage opener. I was able to get a technician out immediately. The technician was very knowledgeable and worked hard to try to fix the problem. Alas, I will need a new opener and I was given three quotes. I have confidence in this technician and company so will get it replaced and their warranty is their word — and you can trust it.
