Jason showed up on time and with the correct parts to do the job. He and a new man being trained had the torsion springs, center bearing, and all of the roller bearings replaced in less than an hour! Keep in mind they weren't rushing, they just knew exactly how to do the job. Great work!

Yesterday, Sunday, I was raising my garage door. It went up half way then came crashing down. I had another company install new springs 3 years ago so I called them but no one answered. Started browsing the internet to find someone to come today to check it out. After calling 5 different places with no positive results, I happened to come across your ad and noticed it said 24/7 service. Called your company, your tech, Justin Ables arrived within 3 hours...saw the problems....gave me 3 repair options and prices. Justin raised the door, got my car out of the garage, then lowered and locked it. He came back the next day with a trainee and they completed the job. Both men were extremely courteous and efficient. The garage door has never operated so smoothly. I will be recommending them to all my friends. This is a CLASS A firm.

Tech was very knowledgeable and informative. Although I could not reproduce the problem which caused the original call for help, the tech had a good idea as to what was causing the issue and made suggestions of things to be cognizant of in the future. Well done!

My garage door opener,a 1996 Lift Master model, stopped working on Sunday,3/15/15 (beware the Ides of March). I called Precision Door Service on Monday,3/16/15, late morning and was told a technician,Justin Ables, would be at my house between 2:00-5:00 pm the same day to diagnose, repair and/or replace. Justin called at 1:15 pm to let me know he was on the way. I appreciated the Company's prompt, courteous response and I very much appreciated Justin's three repair or replace options after his diagnosis for me to choose. It was fairly obvious of the decision I needed to make without any high pressure sales techniques. I am completely satisfied with my decision and I would highly recommend this Company's products and services.

I called and a repairman was sent out that day. Justin called me before arriving to let me know when he would be there. He was the ultimate professional, giving me a detailed description of what was wrong and a few different options for repair. Had the repair completed within two hours, for a very reasonable price. I could not have been happier with the service and would highly recommend this company.
