EXCELLENT!!! Not only did they repair my garage door on the same day that I made the appointment, but they were able to take care of my garage door issue within two hours of the time that I made the appointment. Also, Mason, the service technician, was not only a outstanding representative of the company, but was very professional and knowledgeable in preforming his repair tasks. I called Precision because they replaced my garage door last summer and I have been so satisfied! I called this morning and in less than 2 hours Wade McNeal arrived to repair my door opener. He found I had a bad wire and replaced it quickly. Wade was very professional and so nice. It's a pleasure to do business with you again!!

Precision Door responded the same day I called them for a door repair. After checking the door it was damaged too much for repair, which I figured it would be since the tracks we're bent. The tech was able to get the rollers back on so that I could secure the garage area. I purchased a new garage door and different rollers that day and three days later Precision Door installed and adjusted the opening and closing of the door to my satisfaction. Everything from the first call to the installation was done politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door or repairs.

I selected PDS because they advertised they would be able to meet and perform the job that day. As both our cars were captive in the garage we were appreciative that we could resolve the situation the same day, although we missed the grandson's last soccer game that morning and we are still hearing about it. When a time was scheduled and the technician was running over on another job, he called to advise us he would be late. His job took another turn for more time and we got a call from a replacement tech who had finished his job early, so he arrived and commenced replacement of the springs. He was courteous, readily answered my questions and made sure I understood the billing and warranty. I didn't know the springs were made out of gold, but I would be happy to recommend PDS to others in need of garage door repairs.
