If all possible you should ask for Wade. I had him out a yr. ago to install a opener keypad on the outside of garage. This time I had him replace the horrible Genie that was only a year old with a Linear Precision what a difference. Wade is quick and knows what he is doing I would give him 5 stars for sure. My garage door was installed in May of 2016. Do not remember the tech but was extremely impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. I was very pleased with the new installation. I called yesterday for service since the outside keypad was not working. Your cew was here within two hours and reset the keypad within a few minutes. I was, again very pleased with the service. Rest assured I will be in touch when, and if, I need help again!

Jason came out to the beach to repair a broken spring on our i-drive system. It now works well, and I especially appreciate him taking the time to review system operation and maintenance with me. Our house is finishing a 6-month restoration so we've not had power in a while. He explained how the system will calibrate itself when power is restored. His professionalism and positive attitude earned your company a new customer. Plus, he showed up on time, which placed him head and shoulders above most construction workers we've seen! Had my garage door break down and within 15 minutes had a confirmation of an appointment with a follow up email. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time! I would highly recommend your company to any of my family or friends. Jason was wonderful, professional and finished the job quickly. Not only is he an employee that wonderfully represents your company, he is a gentleman as well. I am an elderly woman that was trying to hang a curtain rod. I was having a lot of difficulty with it. Jason said he would help me and in just a few minutes he had the curtain rod hung and took the time to help me hang the curtains. I was wondering if there were any kind, caring people left and found out THERE IS. Hopefully all your employees are as courteous and as much as gentleman as Jason.

Had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken door opener. Called Precision Door and they were there within 2 to 3 hours - great service! They sent an appointment confirmation email and the tech called when he was on the way. Job was done well and efficiently, and they were professional throughout. I would use them again!

Spencer and Corey responded to my call for repair of the garage door opener. After evauation, we decided to install a new opener rather than repair the old one.Within two hours after their arrival, the new opener had been installed, the garage floor restored to order and they were on their way back to Pensacola. WOW!! Less than 2 hours after my initial call to Precision Door Service, Roger and Triston arrived and had completed repairs to my garage door that wouldn't close properly. They actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and the quality of work that we received was excellent. Roger & Triston completed the job in minimum time, and even performed a safety check! Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. They were both personable, professional and efficient.... Overall, I'm very satisfied! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my my friends and family members!!!
