Prompt, polite, and professional! Hunter gave me a call before arrival and listened to my concerns and offered several options without a high pressure sales pitch. We decided on a complete overhaul with the exception of a new garage door and side rails. To my surprise, he had all the parts on the truck and went right to work! The technician Hunter arrived to troubleshoot an intermittent door sensor issue with a conformation call ahead of time and arrived on time. He handled all details to my satisfaction and will be taking care of the issue when the specialized part's are in. My garage door Openers were Not working properly and these folks figured it out in a short time , changed out a faulty Circuit Board & Good to Go! I don't know how to put into words how much I appreciate the service I received from Daniel on Friday. First he called earlier than was expected to see if he could come on out. When he arrived he was gracious and kind. He looked at my garage door and the mess it was in. He gave me 3 quotes and didn't try to sell me anything. I learned a lot about my garage door too. He knew exactly how to fix it and went out of his way to make it right and did so happily. Now my garage door is better than it was before I haphazardly ruined it. I would recommend calling Precision door for any problems you have with your garage door and to ask for Daniel. I will call for him in future for any problems I may have with my garage door. Thank you Precision door for sending Daniel for the repairs. If all employees are even half as kind and down to earth people like Daniel your business will always be blessed. The door was installed a couple of months ago but yesterday the door wouldn't close. The tech showed up the next day and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. As soon as I told him what was happening he knew what to do. Great service. Keep it up!

EXCELLENT! Describes all the folks from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My 25 year old double wide garage door had finally rusted out and broken. Precision's team installed a new far superior wind load rated door. The plan at first was to reuse my 12 year old belt drive opener. During the new door install and due to the sharp skill full installers eye's (Roger and Triston), we discovered the old belt was worn and deteriorated to the point of needing replacement. I then elected to have a complete new belt drive opener installed. Roger did not have one on the truck but he scheduled another team to bring one out the same day. They (Darrell and Mason) arrived just hours later with a new high quality opener assembly and completed the install. Wow am I happy! The entire new system is much quieter in function and of very high quality overall. I also like the lifetime transferable warranty on the door and 5 year warranty on the opener. Great product, Excellent installers, all at a fair price. Wish I had done this much sooner. As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason to consider doing business with anyone but Precision. Thank's again!

I have had 3 repairs and one total garage door replacement in the last five years. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience. Your technican, Justin was on time, courteous and professional. He finished the job in about 15 mins and gave me some good advice going forward. I will not use any other garage door company other than Precision from now on. Great company and a great experience.
