We chose Precision Door because of the same day service and the overall good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Corey arrived and quickly assessed the overall condition of our door. We have a 40+ year old wood door that was in dire need of attention. Corey very patiently rebuilt the track parts and with new springs etc. It was lifting better than ever.

Excellent service!!! Our opener belt had broken and needed to be replaced. On arrival and inspection, the crew identified problems with the hinges improperly installed on both garage doors. They removed and reinstalled the hinges in the correct positions and did an excellent job of replacing the broken opener belt. I highly recommend PDS and look forward to working with them in the future.

Your technician was right on time. No waiting. He was very polite and extremely good at determining the problem and repairing it. The garage door was repaired in +- 20 minutes thanks to the tecnician.

My spring broke on my garage door and I was unable to open my door. I called Precision in the morning and a serviceman was dispatched and at my house within 2 hours. They repaired it within 45 minutes and did a very professional job. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their garage door fixed. They fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me unwanted services.

We were leaving on Sunday and our door stopped working late Friday. We had to have something done on Saturday because one of our cars was outside and we couldn't open the garage door to put it in. I called Precision before 8 a.m. on Saturday and was given an appt that day. Wade arrived before his appt time, assessed the situation, gave a full estimate of the cost, and having all the parts he needed, went to work and finished the job in a little over an hour. We were so impressed with his timeliness and efficiency, nice guy. Would recommend Precision as the best.

I found Precision on Google and I'm so happy I did! Corey came to help me with the motor for my garage door. He said he could preform a tune up on the motor, but because of the age of it I just decided to have him install a new one. He had it installed in no time! He was quick and courteous. My new garage door opener came with lots of features and it's so much quieter! I'm very happy with Precision!

I chose Precision because of the advertised availability (phone book). I rate the service performed and the Tech performing the service 5 stars. Wade was very professional in his actions and well informed on the type of garage door opener in question. He reviewed our actions and answered our questions about the door travel. He explained what he was doing and why. He adjusted the door travel, made sure the safety beam was aligned and setup the keypad. Contacted Precision early one morning about my garage door failure... within minutes, i received a phone call from Justin advising he was on his way to my home.. when arrived, greeted very professionally and asked to help... i indicated the problem to him and upon discovery of my worn out garage door opener, offered a number of suggestions to what suited my budget... i opted for the PDS800 model... all of the parts were readily available and complete installation was done that day within 2 hours... was very impressed with their knowledge of the equipment, greased all the moving parts and changed out the rollers as well since mine were 10+ years old.... upon completion, Justin reviewed the operating procedures for all aspects of the garage door... cleaned up any mess they made and ensured i was satisfied... i am very pleased with this professional installation.

Awesome. Same day service! Opener was beeping, suspect back-up battery was failing. Robert Hines was here within hours and had a replacement battery with him. Before he left he activated the HomeLink Button in our new Acura that I hadn't been able to do. Awesome!
