Decided to upgrade my garage door opener to a newer model that I could control with an app. The team from PDS notified me via email with an appointment confirmation, the tech called me in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. The upgrade was completed by the PDS and the new opener is amazing. The technicians were polite, professional and I am very happy with every aspect of my upgrade. Customet for life!

Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.

I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. I can tell he's very concerned about getting me a quote on a wood door, which is atypical construction material these days.

Definitely a 5-star company! I was able to get opener installed the same day I called. Technician called to see if I was available a little early (most people keep you waiting for hours!!), & texted his bio along with a pic so I'd know it was him. Work was fast, quality work, and I had mine connected to Wi-Fi, so he gave me privacy to enter my Wi-Fi password as well as to install smart phone app. Courteous, kind, efficient and these guys know their work! No hesitation is buying from them again or recommending to a friend!

This is by far the very best garage door opener we have had in any of our homes. The key pad for the outside was acting up and all it took was a quick phone call in the morning by that afternoon the tech was on hand and the replaced the pad. Was still under warranty so no cost to us. I do and will continue to recommend Precision Garage door products. Thanks for a great product and super service.

The spring on our garage door broke as soon as we entered garage and closed the door. My husband was at work and wasn't able to come and see what is going on. I've googled garage door service companies and called 3 companies prior to Precision. None of those companies answered the call. Precision answered right away and worked very hard with me on helping me out with the problem right away. They send a technician named Daniel. Daniel arrived very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of our problem and gave us a very good price for it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They are very professional, respectful, and their prices are very reasonable!

I couldn't be more pleased. The technician, Austin, took his time in analyzing what was needed, explained what had to be done and gave a very fair estimate. I didn't need more estimates as I was satisfied with what was presented to me. He worked diligently and checked and double-checked everything upon completion. Best choice for all garage door needs! I called that morning. The person who answered was professional, responsive, and listened! She sent a Excellent tech out. He explained everything. Gave me options. Best & better. Both affordable. GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Very important. To my husband a Veteran. Thank you The tech quickly went to work. In less than an hour. He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. He had already taken care of that for me. For now. Then he explained the billing. He went over everything. He showed me what was changed out. He went above my expectations! He again was very professional. Most important. This option had a ten yrs Warranty. Absolutely no one these days gives that kind of warranty. They stand behind parts and quality of labor! I felt he wasn't rushing me. Even thou his Saturday was quickly being filled with more work orders. I picked the Very best company. I will ask for this tech again. I'm extremely happy with precision garage doors. Thank you
