Same day service. Technician. Daniel, was very knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions. Helped this old guy understand what was going on and how to maintain my new springs. Springs were a little pricey, but warranty helped.

The spring on our garage door broke as soon as we entered garage and closed the door. My husband was at work and wasn't able to come and see what is going on. I've googled garage door service companies and called 3 companies prior to Precision. None of those companies answered the call. Precision answered right away and worked very hard with me on helping me out with the problem right away. They send a technician named Daniel. Daniel arrived very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of our problem and gave us a very good price for it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They are very professional, respectful, and their prices are very reasonable!

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the technician. One of my torsion springs broke on me on a Saturday, and it was a day that I had to work. After a quick google search, I found Precision online and I was very surprised they offered a 24/7 call line and that I was able to schedule a technician. They got me set up for the following Monday, so at least I had little peace of mind over the weekend that the door would be fixed. Daniel Lane showed up early for my scheduled time block, and I was prompted by text message that he was on the way. He introduced himself, was totally prepared for the work, and was very professional. After quoting me a fair price, he was on the job and done in under an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing immediate work as will consider them highly if I need any follow on upkeep for the door. Very satisfied...

I don't know how to put into words how much I appreciate the service I received from Daniel on Friday. First he called earlier than was expected to see if he could come on out. When he arrived he was gracious and kind. He looked at my garage door and the mess it was in. He gave me 3 quotes and didn't try to sell me anything. I learned a lot about my garage door too. To my surprise the tech called earlier and was able too complete the job ahead of the previous scheduled appointment time. He got right to work and fine tuned the garage door for maximum efficiency.
