Very professional and Alex was right on time. I called at 8 am and got an appointment for later that day. After he inspected the door he gave us two different estimates so we could decide to repair or replace. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. I called Precision because of reviews I had read on Facebook. I am glad I did. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up early, which is a good thing. My technician was (Alex). He explained what the inspection consisted of. Then he gave me 3 options. I had the rollers, springs, hubs and sensors replaced. What I had done fixed the problem and the door works great. I would recommend this company and if possible ask for Alex.

My service tech Alex Tran was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fast at his job. He is a credit to your company. Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, I know my way around tools and can just about build a house by myself. But I chose to have someone else do the job so I didn't have to get parts or new tools for the task. Not to mention, save time.

My garage door was in need of attention. Sometimes it would not open remotely from my vehicle. Also, the remote on the outside of my garage was no longer working. Alex Tran (technician) fixed both problems in a short time period. He was very professional and friendly. Alex Tran did the work and I am very pleased. He was courteous and left the garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. He installed a new opener, rail, spring and nylon rollers. It's unbelievably quiet. This was my second time doing business with Precision, they installed a new garage door 8 years ago, wouldn't use anyone else.
