Called Precision to come out and look at my garage door opener. it shook and made a loud noise when closing door. Tech told me my door was unbalanced. He also told me that he could do some adjustment on my old opener, but I had my mind made up that i wanted a new opener with Wifi. He balanced the door and installed the Linear opener w Wifi that is belt driven and i love it. Tech installed app on my phone and did the setup for me. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people and company.

Technician, William called to let us know he was in route, arrived exactly when he said he would, went over options, gave an estimate on how long the job would take and he was spot on! Outstanding service, called spoke to company representative told her that I had a tension spring back. She took my information gave a estimated price. stated that a technician would be out between 10 am and 12 pm . The technician name William came out saw the issue gave me three different options. We took the last with the lifetime warranty. William was very professional and respectful the entire time he was at my home. He completed the job in less than a hour It was 30 to 45 mins. And he was done. Would recommend.this company to anyone needing a new garage door or.just repairing yours.

I could have just had him to a quick repair job but he was so professional and competent in explaining everything else he could do at a very good price, how could I refuse. We now have a top of the line garage door opener system, so quiet and smooth. AND, it was all done with 60 minutes notice from when I called them to William showing up, with all the needed equipment. This window doesn't allow be to show all the new items we have

I backed my car into my garage door this morning. I called Precision and they were able to come to our house the same day. Not only that they came early. I have never been so happy in my life with the courteous service from William Squires. The estimate was amazing as well. William went out of his way to help me move a very heavy wood pile so they can get at the door. Most definitely would recommend this company and William! Oh and they are able to come out the very next day to replace the doors. Now that is service!

I first used the services of this company for my home garage door upgrading...all great. Since then I have had this company update my professional service business's doors and was very happy. Recently, my home garage keypad starting working erratically and called them to comer out and fix, which they did at a nominal fee (out of warranty) and to my schedule. as a businessman for 48 years, I can recommend this company.
